What i never got to be
They tell me I was meant for more,
But I don’t know what I was before
The weight of green, the endless call,
The boy who never was a boy at all.
I watched from towers, cold and high,
While childhood passed me walking by.
It didn’t stop. It didn’t wait.
It didn’t care I learned too late.
They talk of friends I should have known,
Of growing up in softer tone.
But how do you reclaim the years
That drowned beneath your sharpened fears?
Even joy feels strange on me,
Like something learned but not set free.
A language spoken out of time—
A melody I can’t make rhyme.
Still sometimes, when the world goes still,
And I am not their weapon will,
I wonder what it might have been
To live a life I was never in.
But I am here. I always stay.
I learned to bend, not drift away.
And though I never got that start…
I guard the child inside my heart.
There’s a difference between wanting to touch something rare and being able to hold it. A rare heart knows that difference and doesn’t stay where it isn’t held steady.
Isaiah 54:17 NKJV 17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord.
Happy Easter!
I break my own heart by expecting people to be as attached to me as I am to them.
This.....
Happy Friday

Happy Valentine’s Day!
90 years ago this man, Naz! Minister of Propaganda Joseph Goebbels, successfully got the most educated and most advanced country in the world, Germany, to believe one simple thing: ALL of their troubles were because of the Jewish people. Like "free Palestine", his campaign slogan was very simple: "Juden sind unser Unglück" or in English: "The Jews are our misfortune".
The slogan appeared on every street corner bulletin on every radio broadcast, and every political speech
And guess what? the most educated, advanced, science based society IN THE WORLD at the time, Germany, believed it.
It led to the worst crime against humanity in history and the Holocaust. Many Germans didn't believe what Goebbels said, or with what was done to the Jews, but they figured it didn't impact them.
I often wonder if on April 30th 1945 when Goebbels and his wife took the lives of their own 8 children and then of one another, with Germany laying in rubble, 50 million deaths later, and Stalin taking Berlin perhaps Goebbels had any regrets about the hate he spewed.
I do know that the German people strongly regretted not speaking out against hate.
A young generation of Americans, Canadians and Europeans now believe that a large amount of the world's troubles are all because of one nation: Israel. Most adults are looking on in silence.
The consequences for this blind hate have yet to be told, but if those adults know anything about history they should know that this hate never ends well for anyone.
Speak out against antisemitism today.
