It was my first UT ship, and honestly what lead me to wanting to write stories for UT despite my deep seeded love for grillster that came later. So here we go!

It’s been 2 years since Undertale was released, and for that, I’d like to share one of my earliest, simplest and quite serious headcanons:

Sans doesn’t know Toriel’s name, so he calls her ”old lady” — not just because she is one, but in reference to the first joke she ever told him. Likewise, Toriel calls him ”Dishes” (a very bad joke).

You know, I noticed that nobody talks about how after the true pacifist when you go back all the way to see Asriel in the first place in the game, call Toriel and all the way you come back to the barrier, her and sans have a fucking ADORABLE conversation! I don't have screenshots and I guess nobody has really seen those but OH MY GOD IT'S SO CUTE, PLEASE LOOK IT UP. AND IF THIS ISN'T PROOF THAT SORIEL IS A HIGHLY POSSIBLE THING IDK WHAT IS!

I ship soriel because A) they obviously care for eachother, they talk like every day! She trusts him enough with out even knowing what he looks like! B) the true pacifist ending, they just stand there, looking at eachother. Not saying anything, while asgore is sad she left him, and could possibly see the relationship right there in front of his face... C) the height difference is cute, and when do you see the short GUY? And the tall girl? It's just a fun dynamic they play with.

Soriel is an adorable and healthy ship and no one will ever be able to convince me otherwise.
