I’ll admit that by the end, I couldn’t be as thorough because I can’t make out certain words no matter how slow or how often I listen. It’s a significantly more confusing story than Kagome, so I’ll mark potentially important elements in bold. There are loose ends, and multiple opportunities for interpretation. Have fun!

Hey guys! I finished the patch…on time, like on 1st January as planned, but the internet hates me for loving otome games more than it so… the upload is a few minutes late from 1/1/2015 ;___; (Just consider that it’s released on 1/1 for the pretty time and date’s sake…) lol…
Anyway, the english patch for Dot Kareshi I is out!

PLEASE READ: This is a “complete” patch, which means the main game/storyline is 100% done, images done, other stuff done. I’ll just go ahead and say that the Extra section, to be precise, “His room” and “Memories” aren’t translated, they should be done in the next update, which will be in the next couple of days. The extra doesn’t affect anything so you can go and enjoy the full game in English!
BUT, the “Memories” section only contains scene-replays, and they’re exactly the same as the story you read in the main game, the difference is they’re divided into characters sections and parts. Which means the script for that part is 100% translated too. I just haven’t beta-tested them yet, text might jump of textboxes and all. If you’re desperate to see the scene again, please play the main game…again, or load a save or something. The “more-perfect” patch will be up shortly after XD
As for the main game, I already tested it several times, but there might still be errors so don’t hesitate to tell me, whether it’s about the translation, english grammar or so on, there are long sentences that I can’t seem to fit in the textbox, I apologize for that. Or if you know a better way to shorten the sentence without losing the meaning, please tell me ^^ And within this month also the other two parts of the series (II and III) will be out, stay tuned!
Before I forget, READ THIS TO KNOW HOW TO USE THE PATCH. PLEASE DON’T IGNORE THE .TXT FILES INSIDE THE ARCHIVE. I’m too sleepy now—- see ya tomorrow before I start typing crazy stuff.

Then with Richard's support you started corresponding with him in spite of your confusion……

When you were in the 6th grade of primary school, you got sick and had to be temporarily hospitalized.
After getting better you walked in the courtyard and met a boy named Sera Karen.
The two of you began to exchange books and became friends.

After looking at the enclosed photo, Richard told you that he would like to go to Kanagawa Prefecture.
Encouraged by Richard's enthusiasm and your desire to meet Takara once again you decided to contact him――

It was the 2nd grade of middle school, when you moved to Kanagawa Prefecture. In those days you used to come to the nearby park every day and read books.
There you met Yuzurihara Takara. Little by little you started to talk to each other.
