@lovefestivallife
so, about the mudson project… I thought it was alright, definitely not terrible… getting into the festival could have been quicker, some people waited several hours to catch a shuttle from the park and ride area. The sound quality at all of the stages was great. The performances i saw were all great. It suxxxed that we could not bring food or alcohol into the festival grounds from our camps. (I assume this is because of $$$$ reasons, aka the relationship between the sponsors and the festival was apparently more important than allowing festival goers to freely consume what they they had brought) also, we were searched every time we traveled from camping to the festival, or even between campgrounds.(kinda a pain in the ass)
I didnt realize until I was at the festival, that this was essentially Camp Bisco with a different name. (put on by the same people) That would explain all of the kids that still dont know how to clean up after themselves (trash was left everywhere) [i have been to festivals where people at least try to throw their trash in an acceptable place] {PACK IT IN PACK IT OUT}, although, i do think the sudden evacuations did lend to the massive amount of trash that was left behind I do think that the festival could have made a better point to try and kinder a caring respectful fan base, (i think the company that put it on are more concerned with $$$ > good vibes), but after hearing that this was a repackaged Camp Bisco, I realized that a lot of people were there to get FUxxxxed and not to propagate good vibes. » also, there were hardly any art installations at all, (but again, after learning that this was Bisco, i really dont think that they care or even tried that hard to get any art.) again i think that the company that put it on is only concerned with the bottom line $$$$$
BUT, none of these issues really hindered my experience at all, simply because the lineup was so amazing and the sound quality was on point. I cant really complain about the cancellation too much, because the storm did get pretty wild. THe camping could have been set up better, they could have been more prepared with woodchips/straw/mulch for the mud. I think theor lack of experience with the festival/camp grounds really showed. if ya have any specific questions, let me know! <3

Attention all Bonnaroovians !
I've heard there are muddy conditions at the camp so prepare yourself! Extra tarps & mud/rain gear should go to the top of your packing list!
