Accept Myself For Who I Am.
In both her life as Mulan, as well as her time spent as Annora, she has been forced to hide the nature of her true self from not only her family, but from herself. In both lives, family and ancestry has played a key role in doing so. In order to live up to the future her family had mapped out for her, she did her best to hide the secrets that she had always kept locked away. Yet even after she went to war, and even after she admitted her feelings for Aurora, Mulan has had a difficult time accepting herself. Sometimes, the problem does not lie with others, but with oneself.
Protect Aurora At All Costs.
With all that has happened before and after the curse, Mulan still stands by her promise to keep Aurora safe. Not because she feels obliged to, but because there is not a soul in the universe that she has ever loved as much as the flaxen haired princess. There are many people in the town who pose high level threats to any and everyone, and Mulan is willing to risk her life if it means keeping Aurora safe.
Long ago, before the curse struck, Mulan possessed one of the most powerful blade's in all of the realms. Despite it being a mere object, it had become more than that; the sword was an extension of herself, akin to another limb. With it, there were few that could truly challenge her, and even fewer who could wield it as she did. Now that danger looms above everyone in the town like a hideous monster waiting to strike from the shadows, Mulan needs to find her sword once more. There is a possibility that it transferred over to this world when the curse was put into action, and if that is the case, then she will stop at nothing to find it.
Find Phillip And Figure Things Out.
So much has happened between her and Aurora since the curse broke, and though Mulan is the happiest that she has even been, a small part of her remains wary of the imminent reunion with the prince. Aurora has told her that they will figure things out together, but she can't help but wonder what his return might mean for their relationship. Perhaps Phillip will be more understanding than most, but it is difficult to tell how Aurora feels about the man who once woke her with true love's kiss.
Locate Allies And Keep People Safe.
With so many unanswered questions about the curse and the powerful people in Storybrooke, Mulan isn't sure what to expect in the near future. With that said, she has always had a tactical mind, and preparations for potential danger remain at the back of her mind. Several friendly faces from the past currently reside in the town with her, and perhaps with their help, she could do her best to fulfill her duty and keep as many people as possible safe.
