They Don't Know About Larry
POV: Second person (you)
Rating: G (kissing)
You had just seen One Direction play at the Yum Center in Louisville, KY on their Take Me Home tour. It was an incredible show. Your older brother was a security guard at the arena so you knew all the ins and outs of the building. It was immediately after the show had ended and you and your best friend had already snuck backstage.
“This way, Katie,” you whispered. The two of you tiptoed past more security and moved further and further backstage.
“Oh my god,” Katie said, eyes wide open. “I just saw Harry and Louis go that way!”
“Let’s follow them!” You started running to catch up.
“Where did they go?” Katie asked, looking around.
Suddenly, you noticed a dressing room door that had not been completely latched. “I bet they went in there!” You quietly slid to the door and pressed your ear against it. “It’s them!”
Although muffled, you could hear Louis say, “Haha, yeah I loved the sign that said ‘They Don’t Know About Larry.’”
“No. They don’t,” Harry replied, suddenly sounding disappointed.
“And it’s going to stay that way,” Louis said firmly. “I can’t upset management or Eleanor or our fans –“
“ –It’s been years, Louis,” Harry interrupted, raising his voice.
“Then it’s too late!” Louis shouted back.
It sounded as if Harry started crying. “Then I can’t keep doing this. I can’t –“ Then a long pause began.
“What happened?” Katie mouthed to you silently. You shrugged in reply. The only way to know was to see.
You gently pushed the door open just enough to see Louis caressing Harry tear-stained cheeks while kissing him passionately on the lips. You had just solved the mystery of Larry! You had to have proof, so you quickly pulled out your phone to take pictures. You snuck a couple shoots, but you started to lose your balance and…OH SHIT. You and Katie went tumbling into the room where the secret Larry love affair was going on! Louis immediately ran over, grabbed your phone, and threw it into the wall, shattering it into pieces. In a sigh of complete shock, Louis said, “Bloody hell. You. Saw. Nothing.”
