Update time cause we've started writing!
The title is: Nightmare Fuel
It's a fantasy murder mystery. It focuses on our two main characters, Maisie and Willa as they discover they are naturals (the term for magical people) and go to *insert magic school name here*. Everything seems normal, considering they're at a magic school, until a body appears, and then another, and another. All whilst they are left in the dark about what's causing these deaths.
Even the deaths themselves have more than meets the eye, so our merry crew of main characters decide to work it out themselves, only to open a door to the dark side of this world, and find that the roots go much deeper than expected.

ABOUT THE CHARACTERS
Okay let me try my damn best to describe them
Maisie: One of the POV characters. She's a chronic people pleaser who has a knack for music. She was in the foster system until she was 13, when she got adopted by this influencer family that is now falling apart at the seams. She carries a lot of responsibility, her adoptived mother is so sucked up with the influencer stuff that she isn't present in the kids lives and her adoptive father is basically a love sick puppy for her who also isn't really helping, so she ends up looking after them most of the time (The kids are nine, seven and six)
Willa: The other POV character. She's a hopeless romantic who loves fashion. She has a lot of self worth issues. She started been sexually active wayyyy before she was ready, and her first boyfriend, who pushed her to became active, basically run around telling everyone about it. This caused a bunch of harrassment and people constantly pestering her about it and she kinda just went along with it cause she didn't know how to handle it in a way that wouldn't cause them exploding. She still doesn't really know how to say no even now, and really doesn't know what a healthy relationship looks like, so she's constantly getting into situations that she is not ready for.
Atlas: One of the main gang! He really likes learning as much as he can about really random topics. He's also been in the foster system since he was about 11 when his mother just disappeared of the face of the earth. Because of that, he's got hella abandonment issues. He struggles quite a bit with his magical control, which he started showing signs of a lot eariler than most, but wasn't noticed until now. He feels like an attraction for mistakes, a bad omen if you will, and this combined with the abandonment issues leads to a sadness cake. He's isolated himself from people as much as he can, in an attempt to learn how to stop his magic, but he still like desperate wants those deep relationships so now he's in this limbo that is just exhausting.
Freya: The final main character. oh my god, I love this girl. She's absolutely loves anythign fantasy (ironically). Books, Dungeon's and Dragon's, movies, comics, literally anything she can get her hands on. She's also a wheelchair user. She's a little Naive. Her parents have kinda coddled her, and now that she's kinda on her own for the first time, the world slaps her straight on the face. It definitely stings when she realises just how inacessible the world is, and now she has to navigate a world that moves a hell of a lo slowly then it should.
