Maddi had just left the bathroom and decided that she would be here for another hour before leaving. She decided to lean against the wall and watch everyone. When she heard the comment she looked up at the person in surprise. "Um.. do you think thats wise in a room full of hunters.. and other shady characters."

Finn was getting to the point of the night where boredom was eating his own mind. Finn decided to pull up a deck of tarot cards, maybe he can see how smart these people actually are. Deciding to approach someone random he held up a random card.

"The Death card signals that one major phase in your life is ending, and a new one is going to start." A quiet smirk. "I could find out where yours begin though." He said as if he believed in that.

Maddi had just finished talking to a friend when the strange guy approached her. Turning around she glanced between him and the card as she thought over his words. On one hand she could indulge him but her mind wouldn't let her. "This pack of cards look like its from the 99cent store. You couldn't even tell what your next meal will be with those."

Nova was shuffling across the floor, trying not to trip. She was running to the bathroom with the tote bag in hand. She was getting out of this cursed outfit. She panted with a grateful nod before smiling. "Thank you Madi." She turned around revealing her back. "Can you do me a favorite and undo the first button." She said revealing the latch. "I'm going to just do a quick change."

Maddie paused as she heard the request. "You brought a change of clothes. Why?" She asked before moving to unbutton the top button. Once done she stepped back giving the other girl room to do what she wanted.

Maddie was currently hiding in the bathroom under the guise of fixing her hair. Her purse was currently sitting on the counter and she was just staring at herself wondering if she could stay here for the rest of the night. After a few moments she reached into her bag and pulled out her lipstick to reapply it. Her gaze shifted towards the door as it opened. "Cute dress."

Tugging at his collar with an agitated groan, Oliver pushed past the security on the door, ensuring to make his discontentment known for the forced invitation. He couldn't shake the feeling that they were lambs being led to the slaughter.

As per usual, the wolf made easy work of locating the bar; placing his arm down against the countertop without even giving the bartender the chance to speak.

"Make em doubles and keep em coming." That was the only real guarantee that he was going to survive the evening, by a healthy dose of self medicating. Having cut in, he figured that it was a gesture of goodwill as he motioned to the individual beside him "an' whatever their having too."

If her mother found her anywhere near the bar Maddi knew she would be ground for a least 5 years. But she figured it would be worth it to get through this bore. She would rather be anywhere but here and that included being forced to have a teaparty with Libby. Sighing some she finished the first drink she had and was about to order another one when she was cut off. Lips parted to say something to the the interrupter but paused when he ordered for her. "Hm.. thanks." She decided to say instead.

Bonnie didn't sleep all that much these days. The constant turnover in her head was torn between protecting for her daughters and caring for the rest of the city as she wracked her brain for methods to disrupt the OEA. Their current home in New Orleans had a large garden which Bonnie found to be therapeutic and as taught by her own mother she used it to harness necessary ingredients which came in handy for protection. If she didn't have her nose buried in a grimoire, she could be found out there. "Hey you" the witch hummed as she approached Madi, "I wasn't expecting for you to be up yet."

Seeing that it was her mother she paused the music and glanced over. "I couldn't sleep. I thought I get an early start. I didn't wake you did I?"

Maddie had been unable to sleep so instead she opted to start her day early. After showering she pulled her hair into a ponytail and grabbed her meditation stuff before going out back to the garden. She didn't think anyone else was awake so when she felt someone come up behind her she peaked an eye open in surprise.

Violet patted her back pocket and let out an annoyed groan. Sometime between shoving her id back into it and actually getting it into her pocket, she had indeed dropped the damn thing somehow. Slowing up so that the woman could catch up with her, she tried to shake off the feelings of violation that always came with dealing with the OEA and held out her hand with a smile. "Thank you. It would have sucked losing that. I don't have any cash in here, but if you want a coffee or something as payback I'm happy to make you some."

Maddie handed the wallet to the girl. "Lucky it was yours. If it was any of the hunters I would have figured out a way to max out their cards." Hearing the girl's offer there were a few reasons to say no and she had opened her mouth to say no. But instead. "Sure. Coffee is fine."

Isaiah listened to his daughter and smiled softly. "I know it doesn't feel like home all the way but your mom wants me to come stay with you and Libby," He said. "All of us together as one big family again," He knew the separation or whatever him and Bonnie had been doing weighed on the girls too much.

"And you said yes right." One thing that Maddie had learned about herself was that her family was her anchor.. even the mini demon. "Good maybe you can convince the spawn to stay out of my room."

"Hold on" Bonnie's brow creased within confusion, the witch shaking her head as she tried to process the given information "you've met him?" Bonnie paused as the waitress brought over their drinks, her hands instantaneous to enclose around her mug as she pulled it closer. Finding herself amused by Madi's comment, Bonnie had all the confirmation she needed as she hummed, "you really have met him."

"Yea. He mistook me for you apparently. Said he was a fan of yours. I was going to erase the meeting from my mind but then." She shrugged some. "He mentioned something about Stefan Salvatore

"It's ten minutes to curfew, dickhead," Violet was tired, and in no mood for the OEA's bullshit. It was bad enough they thought they could impose a curfew on the city in the first place, damned if she'd let them act like jackbooted thugs when she was simply on her way home. "And I live exactly four hundred and two feet away. So you can either quit hassling me and let me get home on time, or you can keep hassling me and then bitch because I'm not at home. I don't really care either way, so how about you touch your balls and make a decision?"

It took a moment, but finally he shoved her ID back at her and gestured for her to go on. "Gee, thanks. You're sure out here doing the lord's work." Pushing past him, she felt the presence of someone not far behind her and spoke up without looking back. "Dude, I swear, if you're going to follow me all the way home you're going to be very bored."

Maddie was aware of the time and that it was getting close to curfew And she was on her way home but she was just taking her time. She had a couple of blocks left as she turned the corner but paused noticing the scene down the block. Managing to stay outta sight she watched with disgust until the hunters left. Maddie waited for a few moments before stepping out and heading in her direction. As she walked something on the ground caught her eye and she leaned over to pick it up. Seeing that it was a wallet she opened it to see who it belong too.

"Um, I didn't wanna draw any more attention but you dropped your wallet"

Releasing a steady breath, Bonnie figured that it would be better for the pair of them to just come out with it. "His name is Enzo" she began "and I was with him before I met your dad. Long before I met your dad, but he" looking towards Madison once again to gauge her reaction she murmured "he was taken from me."

Maddison tilted her head putting two and two together. "Hm. I met him on the way here." She paused as the waitress brought over there hot chocolate and she took a sip "He seemed annoying." She muttered before catching herself. "I mean, sorry about what happened."

"That's a complicated story," Enzo remarked, one he'd be willing to share in due time, but for the moment, he kept it short and snappy. "She was the love of my life, and I was hers until it was ripped away from her by a man that goes by the name of Stefan Salvatore."

"Sounds like was is a big key word there." She couldn't hold back the attitude in her tone. "Unfortunate that you were killed but it sounds like a past life."

"And are you happy to see me?" He asked his daughter. "I know this move has been a big thing and I want you to know I'll be here from now on," He explained. "A job at Rousseau's? Congratulations sweetie!"

"Of course I did. It didn't feel the same without you here. I mean its not so bad here, but it didn't fully feel like home." Maddie shrugged some.
