Acceptance is important in life. When you accept shit for what it is without reacting or mentally derailing yourself for it you're currently practicing mindfulness. Stop resisting, and accept. You're in traffic, what's the point of raging??? It's not going to diffuse the jam, and your nasty attitude about that isn't gonna do anyone any good. Instead turn up some tunes, or listen to a podcast. Stop twitching bro. A GOOD ATTITUDE COMES A LONG WAY. A good attitude is a way to protect yourself in a cold world filled with people who don't have too much of a good attitude. Me actively monitoring my responses, and me actively choosing to be HAPPY every day has really changed my life....And hear me out life's never gonna be perfectly aligned, so if you wait until something specific happens to be happy, you never will be. So practice being happy and grateful despite any chaos you're going through. A genuinely good attitude will change your life, and will add years to ya lifespan. -Joanna Zois
