My Headcanon of Cecil.  Also the first time I’ve drawn in a long time, so I’m pretty happy with the turnout.  He has TV Static in his 3rd eye and it’s also in black and white while the rest of him is colored.  

#Colored Pencil is a strange medium to work with.
