When someone dies from suicide there is a higher risk that the bereaved who also experiences that internal nightmare may decide to follow suit. If this is you PLEASE KNOW this darkess is temporary. It feels like that's all there is but it's NOT TRUE. YOUR BRAIN IS LYING TO YOU. You feel more than you can bare and the dark whispers of your unworthiness and crimes and weaknesses and the burden of your existence on all that you care about. FUCK THAT! The fact that you give a shit about the condition of the world and the happiness of the ones you care about is WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS. IT NEEDS YOU. The nightmare WILL end. And the moment that it lets up TELL SOMEONE about what you are experiencing. Let them help you come up with reasons to stay if you cant fathom any. Tell more than one person, we all have different perspectives and inspiration may just be around the corner. You CAN survive this. The fact that you are reading this now proves that. It's commendable that you don't want to share the horror but PLEASE GIVE US A CHANCE! BEING LEFT BEHIND IS JUST AS HORRIFYING as what you are experiencing. Brian is a gift that was stolen by neurochemical cesspool created things that were outside his control. The light he brought was a balm to the wounds of a vicious world. I have no doubt that you have this light, too. Please, let us help you learn to see it too. We need you like we needed him. so apparently Minecraft did this thing where people submitted their own builds to be made into steel structures that would be used to regrow coral in coral reefs, and one of the ones that got selected is a fishwolf, so now there is an actual physical minecraft wolf mermaid hybrid at the bottom of the ocean saving the coral reefs and i am living

Credit to @bodyposipanda : Important reminders for anyone coping with mental health issues on a daily basis: On the days that you manage to get up and go out in the world - you are wonderful and worthy of your own love. 🌸 On the days when all you can do is breathe and hide away because the world just feels too harsh to go into - you are still wonderful and still worthy of your own love. 🌻 We're always seeing things telling us to love ourselves more, self care more, be kinder to ourselves. We're still not very good at putting those things into practice. At least I'm not. But I'm trying. I'm trying to tell myself (and really believe) that neither of those two versions of myself ⬆ did any better or worse than the other. One went out with friends and pushed the anxiety onto the next day. The other got completely swept away by it and cried all day long, cuddling her dog and beating herself up for not being 'better by now'. But they are both worthy of my love. They are both doing the best they can. There's no reason why that shouldn't be enough all by itself. And if reading this hits home for you too: take a minute to send just as much love to your smallest, most scared, most hurt self, as you do to your brightest self. Give yourself credit for surviving to this point. Remind yourself that it's okay to respect your own mental and emotional limits. And keep going, however that looks each day. You are doing amazingly. 💜💙💚🌈🌞 Shoutout to Dana from @dothehotpants who inspired me to write this today with her latest post 🌺
