So there’s one episode of Men’s Bar Food where Seungri just about falls out of his chair from happiness when he tastes what they’ve made, and it looked easy enough that I thought I could make it even though the instructions are all in Japanese with no subtitles.  (Thanks to @usaco55 for confirming that I wasn’t missing anything important!)

This is the face of pure happiness.

Sorry mine isn’t as beautiful, I’m not in a professional kitchen with great lighting.  Did it make me fall out of my chair?  Well, no, but then I’m not as extra as Seungchan as a general rule.  It was very good, though, and I’d definitely make it again!

So there you go, a pointless post about things I do when I’m bored.  Sorry for all these long picture-y posts today, I’ll try not to make it a habit. :-P
