Disabled and chronically ill people are allowed to enjoy things and do things they like (if they’re able) while still being sick and disabled. Yes, even if they aren’t employed. Hope this helps.
We have this interesting situation where we basically no longer have privacy nor the expectation of privacy, but we also don't have community or meaningful connection with others, so we're all simultaneously both completely exposed and absolutely alone, and please understand that when I say this situation is "interesting", what I in fact mean is that it's "nightmarish and I wish I could wake up"
remember kids, the moral of "Irish and Italians weren't even considered White yet!" isn't "because in those times people were so ignorant they didn't think the Irish were white". the moral is "because white is an unreal category created to justify slavery and ongoing hoarding of power and wealth". It's not that you know better about Italians. It's that the boundaries of the higher caste have changed.
i havent died so maybe i wont ever
I completely understand why people don't like AI but I'm so sick of seeing people spread copious amounts of misinformation to try and justify their dislike of AI

This also happened in Santiago de Chile. The dog thought everyone was there to see him.
I assure you: somebody, somewhere, is on the exact same wavelength as you are.
my vocabulary is rapidly dwindling. "yay" is one of my default responses now
so twitter is doing well
Insane to me that you get people on here trying to draw up some sort of equivalency between Niel Gaiman (sexually abused people) and JK Rowling (has conservative gender politics and participates in internet flamewars) as a justification for why the latter should be completely blacklisted from society. And then when somebody points out that perhaps these two situations aren't really comparable they'll go "you're right; JK Rowling is objectively the worse person of the two."
This is like the third wave of this exact brand of discourse that I've seen go around and every time it does I feel like I've accidentally stepped into an alternate dimension.
It really is just
hey. put him in your pocket and forget to feed him and let him die over and over forever. okay?
been drawing a lot of tamagotchi fanart lately!
here are some pals and their favorite activities! inspired by how cute the new hobby mini figurines are
