I started my Low Carb Journey just over 7 months ago. In those 7 months I have shed 40 lbs and 6 sizes. Going from a 22 to a 12. I won't claim that it was easy, because it wasn't. I still crave chocolate, but I occasionally indulge in a small square of dark chocolate with 4 net carbs to squash that craving like a bad bug. My diet is made up of lots of low carb, no starchy veggies, and meat. I use cauliflower for just about everything, from making fake mashed potatoes to rice. It is a staple in our house. So is butter and coconut oil and pork rinds. My body, my rules and what works for me. Join me on my journey to learn that sugar and carbs are in a hell of a lot of things, and our body does not need them to function. We need fat and protein, and a whole lot of water!!!!

Bulletproof coffee (coffee w a tbsp of coconut oil, tbsp butter and heavy cream n stevia) and scrambled eggs w sausage n tomatoes
