No magic pill used here... just hard work, motivation, and consistency! ๐ช๐ผ
Trust me, itโs not always easy to stay consistent. Sometimes I have my good and bad days. Recently I have been focusing on a high protein diet but sometimes there are days where Iโll have a couple of fries that arenโt made of jicama or a burger that isnโt lettuce wrapped!
A weight loss journey never stops. Iโve been on my journey for over 15+ years.
There are plenty of ups and downs but itโs ๐ฏ worth it!
If you fall off track or โcheatโ, donโt get discouraged! It happens to everyone! You guys are not alone! I know the feeling more than you know.
Goals wonโt be met overnight. My transformation came from discipline, focusing on nourishing my body, falling off and getting back on track, working out, being lazy, eating burgers/fries and clean keto.
Nobody has the perfect weight loss journey. Everyoneโs journey is different! If I can do it, you can too. Focus on being healthy and weight loss will come๐
