Easy No Sugar Added Creamy Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup Rao’s Homemade Marinara (IMPORTANT)
1 packet of Splenda or other artificial sweetener of your choice
Equipment: blender, microwave
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Put in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Makes: 2 single-cup servings
