Single-Serve Chia Seed Protein Pudding with a Malteser-Chocolate Crunch
Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding
11/4/24
Things I am proud of today:
2 workouts
Lots of protein
Finished my book
Finished my work
And apparently made a protein pudding that would make a frigging excellent holiday pie filling.
Getting ready to assemble some more banana pudding to have later!
(Do I necessarily need a big dish of pudding to consume on my own? Upon further consideration, HELL YES. 😁)
This time, an extra easy version with storebought no added sugar protein pudding (which is actually a great snack). I also plan to try adding a layer of caramel pudding in the middle this time, because we have it and that sounds good. Haven't tried the Dannon stuff before, but it was on sale.
There was already an open box of digestives with a few left in there, so they're getting combined with the Marias. The spray cream is just going on when it's served. Looks like I accidentally got unsweetened, but oh well. Everything else in there should be more than sweet enough! If lower glycemic than you might expect, especially with the extra protein.
