i’m really struggling to come up with something to say that does this album justice. i’m not fond of the cliche that albums can save lives - but this album truly saved my sanity. lorde perfectly articulated so many emotions that i never thought i’d have to confront; melodrama gave me the strength and encouragement i needed to face these scary situations head-on. i am and always will be beyond grateful for this album. not to mention it’s got some fucking bangers.
