It upsets me at times to see how little engagement my animation got

I feel like I'm cursed because my recent animation doesn't get much engagement, especially on twitter (3 likes)

It shouldn't matter and I've tried convincing myself it shouldn't but it's making me feel nauseous. I thought I did really well and I worked on it so much

It might be repetitive that I always make art about my past, and I'm well aware it came from trauma and not being validated enough as a kid. But it is what I'll do until I can move on.

Projects:

-gijinka retelling of Milky Way Wishes (as I did one in 2017 but it became lost media as my childhood iPad 2 was bricked. It's okay, it wasn't good. Or maybe I'm telling myself that so I won't miss it. But if child me acquired the skills I have today, they would delete that one and remake it.)

-tribute to my 2017 (Kirby 25th anniversary orchestra, gijinka, Kirby Planet Robobot, etc)

-reanimate the first episode of the Kirby anime because the anime cheered me up when I was bullied in school daily (whenever I want)

-cover favorite childhood songs (from Itoki Hana and others)

I feel uneasy living in the present without atleast depicting my past because I don't want it brushed off as it never happened.

Projects I actually want to do in the present:

-draw references for my ocs

-animate my ocs

I beat Mario Party DS with Peach today, just like I did in my childhood. So this is the second time

I don't want to grow old and watch the people I love slowly disappear, I want to stop

I don't believe I can live a normal life

Today, 16 March 2026, I beat The Great Cave Offensive on Kirby Super Star.

I carry the skills I had from KSSU to get all the treasures, but I believe I encountered puzzles that weren't in KSSU. But I'm glad to have beaten the original.

Fun fact that I'm proud of: When I played TGCO on KSSU as a little child, I watched one YouTube playthrough to figure out puzzles. I remember which puzzle led me to do that: the one underwater where you need Burning Leo as your helper. I remember my mom scolding me for using my DS lite and her android phone at the same time, on the dining table. But ever since that day, I remember how to get all the treasures. Anyway, I got a DS emulator in middle school and replayed KSSU in it and to my surprise, I was able to get all the treasures from memory. I am pleased that I still do.
