Gabriel Agreste aftermath rewrite. We had no right to hurt him.
The event was still going on. Felix had found out Gabriel was Shadowmoth. He wanted to tell Adrien. But sadly knew it would break his heart. And then there was someone even worse than his uncle. Or so he thought at least. Marinette Dupain Cheng.
He didn't want to say anything about Marinette because well she was known as a good person. But Felix knew otherwise. She wasn't a good person. Neither was he. But unlike her. He actually was trying to improve himself as a better person. It has been difficult though. But he was thankful that he had made progress. Especially figuring out Marinette was Ladybug. Which disgusted him. Of course a self entitled superhero was also his cousin's obsessive stalker! He really wanted to take her miraculous and expose her for the creep she was towards his cousin. But he couldn't. Not without an ally or even a person who knew her well.
Kagami had been feeling very awkward to say the least. She didn't think coming to this event was the best idea. But her mother forced her too. So she reluctantly came. She saw that boy who had tried to make Adrien look bad and glared at him. The boy glared back. She knew that was Adrien's cousin. Marinette had warned her about him. However she didn't exactly agree to what Marinette said about Felix. On a certain thing. Which was her love confession to Adrien. Not only was it outright disrespectful and disgusting to do. She clearly thought that would make Adrien happy. Kagami really questioned sometimes why she was friends with Marinette. She supposed she had to thank Felix for one thing.
She spoke firmly but calmly. "I don't usually trust others who have hurt my friends or in this case my ex, but thank you for deleting that love confession of Marinette's."
Felix was shocked. How did she know about that?!
Felix spoke a little uncertain. "Umm your welcome?"
Kagami spoke harshly. "Do not get the wrong idea Felix!" I know how cruel you were to Adrien!"
Felix sighed sadly. "Your right." And you have every right to hate me."
Kagami was a bit shocked but tries to hide it. She didn't think Adrien's cousin would regret what he did. Maybe Marinette was wrong about him?
Kagami spoke much more calmly. "Forgive me if I yelled at you." You may have tried to make Adrien look bad, however that doesn't give me the right to lash out."
Felix was shocked but quickly shook his head. "No." You have every right to lash out at me." He sighed sadly as he spoke with sorrow. "I was terrible towards Adrien last time." I-I let my emotions get the better of me and hurt him deeply all because I just wanted things to be the way they were before." Like when we were kids."
Kagami spoke calmly. "I tend to let my emotions get the better of me as well." Don't fully blame yourself." She sighed with regret. "I also hurt Adrien." But unlike where you did it only emotionally, I did it physically and I deeply regret it."
Felix actually looked a bit horrified. "You attacked him?!"
Kagami nodded as she put her head down in shame. "It's not something I'm proud of."
Felix calmed down a bit. "As long as you realize what you did wrong, that's what matters."
Kagami gave a sad smile towards Felix. "Thank you, and the same goes for you." We had no right to hurt him."
Felix shook his head. "No, we didn't." None whatsoever."
Some people say Pretension was way too fast for Feligami to fall in love. And while I love Feligami. I agree it did start just a bit too fast. So I thought I'd start from season 4 where they first saw each other. But actually get to know one another. Kinda. And a warning now. Marinette is not a good person in this rewrite. I mean she's not really good in Canon either. But still. You have been warned.
