[ LUCIAN JAMES HARVEY. 37. MALE. HE/HIM ] is here! They’ve lived in Silver Lake for [ 6 MONTHS ] and are originally from [ OXFORDSHIRE, UK ]. They are a [ GENERAL PRACTITIONER / LOCUM ER DOCTOR / TRAINED NEUROSURGEON ] and in their downtime love [ DRINKING WHISKEY ] and [ KICKBOXING ]. They look a lot like [ SEBASTIAN STAN ] and live [ ON REDCLIFF ST]. 

– Luke is British, he was born in Oxfordshire to businessman Charles & midwife Elizabeth, he is the oldest of three (He’s the older brother to Julian & Amelia). His parents live in Washington after moving stateside when Luke was sixteen thanks to a merger with his fathers business. 

– He had a very bad romance when he started college, proposed to his ‘soulmate’ before attempting to make long distance work. He found out that she was cheating on him with his best friend within six months of moving and swore off love from then on. 

– He went to Harvard for his Bachelors degree in biomedical science, graduating the top of his class to move onto Stanford University School of Medicine. His interests were peaked in neurology, where he tailored his studies to become a neurosurgeon. From there he did a six year residency to become qualified, finally moving to The John Hopkins Hospital for a fellowship before finally taking a job as a Neurosurgical Attending. His peers called him the next-gen of neurosurgery, convinced this career would take him far. It was then, much to their surprise that he announced he was leaving town, starting afresh, and opening a general practice.

– Luke moved to town around six months ago, buying out an office of a retiring doctor. He closed for three months, decorating and filling the building with state of the art technology before opening the doors. He says he likes how intimate it is, getting to know his patients properly and picking his own hours (his whole career has been mental from the beginning, he claims he needed some of his life back). Still - his previous team think he’s on the verge of a mental breakdown. The boy leaving a blossoming career for a ‘desk job’. However, he cant quite kick the hospital bug, and still picks up ER shifts, claiming he wants keep his hand in the action. 

– He now lives on Redcliff street, although he doesn't spend very much time at home - if he isnt in the office or ER, he’s out running, kicking around at the gym, drinking top shelf whiskey coffee, or sleeping in Stephanies bed (or was it Sabrina?) - he cant really remember anymore, he sleeps with them once, makes coffee on his way out, and then avoids them. Never bringing a girl home, he always goes to theirs. No need for awkward hanging around in the morning. 

– He has a dog, a German Shepherd called Major, though lately it seems his dog walker sees him more than Luke does. 

– He has 87.9k instagram followers, he isnt sure how it happened, but it did. And now he has a bit of an obsession with checking the gram and posting new content. General content includes; medical facts, pictures of his dog, videos of him, pictures of him (posed, of course thought he claims he isnt ‘trying’), vacation snaps, and the odd gifted content (boxed water, gym clothes).\

— He isn’t super materialistic, but he did buy an Audi R8 V10, which is his newest pride and joy, and probably the flashiest thing he owns. 

— Lucian takes a huge amount of pride in his appearance, he’ll allow a little scruff before he becomes clean shaven and you’re more than likely to catch him in a fitted shirt (the perfect fit that pulls around the muscle of his upper arm just ever so slightly) and tailored trousers. 

– Besides his somewhat questionable bedroom relationships, he is actually a genuinely nice guy, somewhat sarcastic, but always charming. It’s all part of him impeccable bedside manner.

Lucian inhales softly as he brushes his shirt down one last time, his hand moving to re-tuck the white rolled back sleeve back into the crook of his elbow, his jacket slung over his arm, matching trousers to suit. It’s a while to say the least since he’s been on a date, and although he’s more than sure he can pull it off with a little gentle flow of conversation and the boyish grin he seems to have down it doesn’t mean he’s not feeling a little ill-prepared for whats about to greet him. Still, he was the face of calm and collected, always had been, always would be. 

He takes the final step forwards, feet scuffing lightly against the ground as his hand reaches up to knock on the door that separates the two of them. Was he early? Maybe only ten minutes or so, and if Joey needed the rest of the allotted time to finish getting ready he’d only be too happy to stand and wait, maybe he’d be able to get acquainted with the pup of hers he’d heard so much about. 

“Hey.” 

The word slips out softly as the door opens, the grin slipping upon his features, enthusiasm kicking through his bones as he rocks forwards on the balls of his feet. “It’s uh, Luke, if you didn’t recognise me out of the scrubs—” it was a joke, a harmless toy to try and alleviate any sign of anxiety she may be feeling.

Kaycee knew she would be in for a full week at the gym after the Pride Street Party, but it would be worth it. By this point she had lost track of all the different foods she had tried, and wasn’t done yet. The first feature at the outdoor cinema would be starting soon, so she made it over to Sal’s on the Strip’s stall to order a slice to take with her on the lawn. As she paid and ordered a beer to go with it, Kaycee handed the cashier an extra twenty dollar bill. “For the next few people in line,” she whispered, hoping he caught on that she wanted to purchase their meals as well. Smiling as she took her food, Kaycee ventured toward the cinema to search for a spot with a good view.

“So—” he remarks cheerfully, perching himself down on the grass besides Kaycee before the movie starts, greasy slice of pizza sat upon the paper plate he held carefully in one hand. “Apparently the woman three people in front of me decided to buy pizza and well, I saw you leaving. So uh, thanks.” It wasn’t often Luke was bought things, usually, he was the one being the payee, so the surprise was genuine, but he was thankful either way. “D’you mind me sitting here, I’m uh—” he shrugs softly, he’d lost his brother ( the reason he was even at this event ) and Kaycee was the first person he’d come across that he knew. “Well, let us say I’m not used to doing this.” Which was true, he’d always offered to pick up extra shifts at work when pride was on, allow his co-workers that were part of the lgbtq+ community to take precedent over him.

“IT’S ON THE HOUSE.” Might as well lighten up a little to enjoy the party. Hanging up her hermit lifestyle for a day, she offers over a rainbow protein mix with a one-shoulder shrug. “Basically tastes like Fruity Pebbles. You can go wrong. Can get you something else, if you want, or you can tell me how Pride’s been faring for you so far.”

He takes the drink, admittedly a little gingerly, turning it in his hand to view the contents, unsure just how healthy this was, but thinking it was a good pitstop before taking on the obstacle course. “I dunno Echo—” he remarks with a chuckle, his attention shifting to look for his younger brother ( the main reason he was here anyway ), but JJ wasn’t seen for dust, probably near the tattoo stand faux inking himself up for the day. 

“You know what, I’m gonna be smart and just trust you on this one.” A settling thought as he raises the drink to his mouth, almost surprised that it did indeed taste of Fruity Pebbles, “aye it’s ‘aight, you guys been busy down here?”
