She was born during a fight between Blue and Error. While he was losing to the glitch, about to become its puppet (Blueberror), they heard a baby crying. When Blue saw Skipper, he fought tooth and nail to save her. Let's just say his newfound paternal instinct hit him hard.
Blue isn't usually one to get angry, but when it comes to protecting someone who can't defend themselves or his family, he goes berserk.
Skipper adores her father so much that she doesn't care about not having a second parent. Why have two parents when you have the best in the world? Besides, she doesn't even know who her other parent is.
She "met" Error when she was 5 years old. He tried to kill her, just like on the day she was born, and Skipper believes he's nothing more than a terrifying skeleton whose memory haunts her to the very core of her being.
Blue raises her in UnderSwap, never speaking of other universes in her presence to protect her. When he goes to work as a royal guard or with the Star Sanses, Stretch takes care of Skipper. The Star Sanses are the only ones allowed near his daughter, and even then, he doesn't leave them alone with her. Surely nothing bad will happen to her, right?
She's a very energetic little girl, perhaps even more than Blue. Luckily, she calms down as she grows up because he sometimes had trouble managing her boundless energy. Skipper doesn't like to stay still.
She loves dancing to music and often dances with Blue, sometimes Stretch, but he prefers to film them and keep the videos as souvenirs.
Skipper loves camping with her family. Afterward, she stargazes with her uncle and then shares s'mores with her father.
Because of the only memory she has of Error, she hates bullies and does everything she can to protect those who are being bullied.
Skipper shares most of Blue's traits, but some aspects of her personality are like Error's, and Blue hates that. He doesn't stop her from expressing herself and being herself, but he can't help feeling uncomfortable inside when she prefers eating chocolate to a real meal, or when she starts sewing dolls, or when she had huge tantrums as a toddler.
Blue tries to be a father she can trust to talk to so she doesn't bottle up her emotions and eventually explode. When this happens, she glitches a lot, and it's the side of Skipper that most resembles Error, which terrifies Blue. What scares him most is that he can't calm her down during these moments; only Stretch can.
Her little pink flamingo, a gift from her uncle, named "Cooties," is named because of a classmate she had when she was six. He kept saying "EW, COOTIES!" whenever someone showed affection to another person. So, when she got her flamingo, she approached the boy and said, "His name is Cooties, wanna give him a hug?" She chased him around a good part of the school before being stopped by some adults.
Blue then received a call from school that day. While Blue scolded her, Stretch praised her, finding it hilarious.

Elle est née durant un combat entre Blue et Error. Alors qu'il était en train de perdre contre le glitch, qu'il allait devenir sa marionnette (Blueberror), ils entendirent les pleurs d'un bébé et lorsque Blue aperçut Skipper, il se battit corps et âme pour la sauver. Disons simplement que son nouvel instinct paternel l'a frappé de plein fouet.
Blue n'est pas du genre à se fâcher mais lorsque c'est pour protéger quelqu'un qui ne peux pas se défendre ou sa famille, il devient berserk.
Skipper adore son père, tellement qu'elle s'en fiche de ne pas avoir un deuxième parent. Pourquoi avoir deux parents quand tu as le meilleur du monde?? D'ailleurs, elle ne sait pas qui est son deuxième parent.
Elle a "rencontré" Error lorsqu'elle avait 5 ans, il a tenté de la tuer, oui comme au jour de sa naissance, et Skipper croit qu'il n'est qu'un squelette effrayant dont le souvenir la hante du plus profond de son âme.
Blue l'élève dans UnderSwap, il ne parle jamais des autres univers en sa présence pour la protéger. Lorsqu'il part travailler comme garde royal ou avec les Star Sanses, c'est Stretch qui s'occupe de Skipper. Les Star Sanses sont les seuls à pouvoir approcher sa fille, et même encore, il ne les laisse pas seuls avec celle-ci. Sûrement rien de mal ne va arriver à Skipper, n'est ce pas??
C'est une petite fille bien énergique, peut être même plus que Blue. Heureusement qu'elle se calme en grandissant parce qu'il avait parfois du mal à gérer cette énergie plus que débordante. Skipper n'aime pas rester tranquille.
Elle adore danser sur la musique et va souvent danser avec Blue, parfois Stretch, mais il préfère les filmer et garder les vidéos en souvenirs.
Skipper adore camper avec sa famille, elle observe ensuite les étoiles avec son oncle puis partage des smores avec son père.
À cause du seul souvenir d'Error qu'elle possède, elle déteste les abuseurs et fait tout pour protéger ceux qui se font intimider/harceler.

I think my only real complaint about things in the Sans AU fandom is when people complain about things in the Sans AU fandom instead of creating or promoting the things they want to see.
This community has been able to thrive for so long BECAUSE anyone can interpret any character the way they feel like.
Don't like soft cuddly Nightmare and Murder Trio? Well, someone out there who DOES, ALSO likes unhinged and toxic Nightmare and Murder Trio, and is making it or commissioning it.
You hate a ship between two characters because it's "out of character" for them? Congratulations, someone out there thinks so too and is crafting a badass animated fight scene between them. (Also just block the ship tags my dude, guard your mental health.)
My point here is that it's important that we focus on what builds us up as a community and not on what tears us down.
Even if you don't like something in the fandom, it's important to recognize that the excitement someone gets from those things eventually flows back into what you like.
It's that cycle that has allowed folks to be creative in this space for so long. All I'm asking is to have some grace.

Not hyper clingy but a little clingy, I think he's genuinely happy to have someone and is something of a romantic at heart. I wasn't kidding when I said when he falls he falls hard
Will do almost anything you ask, whether thats the dishes, getting you deodorant, etc. He's not judgey, supportive and understanding
The only downside is sometimes its hard to get him out of "dumbass" mode and requiring him to lock in when needed, of course you being in any distress is a good way to spark that
Surprisingly protective. Not overly so or that frequently, he doesn't hover and he's fairly chill otherwise but he has his moments
