"Ah! You mean…" she was so close to revealing his real name yet again publicly. She knew how he felt when she did so before and had meant to stop doing so but it was difficult when it was always at the tip of her tongue. "Nevermind. He’s running the school now. I’m sure many wouldn’t have expected that years ago."

"I heard he was...I guess I'm one of the few that don't find that odd." she shrugged, giving the redhead a look. What was she going to say? "Am I missing something?"

"I know, I’d just rather see an unconscious asshole than a excessively bleeding one. And you’re welcome." He stated as he let go of the man in his arms, dusting himself off. "Can someone come and take this guy to the street curb or a taxi?"

"The bartender will take care of it. So…now what?" she asked. "Up to your place to talk?"

He sighed, scratching his head, this second day in his retirement was turning into a shit show really quick. This woman was gonna be a problem. “Fine… follow me.” He put his hands on his hips, shaking his head as he turned around and went into the back room of the bar, the stairs leading up to his apartment clanged as he shifted up them a step at time.

She followed, noting how run down the place looked. “There are better places to stay if you’re interested.”

"If I wanted a better place to stay, i’d of choose one." He retorted quickly, "Besides, this place has a pretty good alcoholic selection, and it’s all half off… if that’s not a steal, I don’t know what is."

"Stealing is a steal." she shot back. "I was just saying there are less blood soaked places to live."

"My only concern is that I keep a low profile and that I’m comfortable… and it just so happens that this place fits that criteria."

Her green eyes flicked up and caught his, Theresa winked at him and dropped her gaze.

She was out of her chair and heading for the parking lot already.

Logan quickly pulled off his boxers as he kissed her.

Logan laid down with her, gently, making sure not to hurt her.

Dom ran her hands over his broad chest and smiled up at him.

Dom swallowed hard, “Are you sure?”

"Thank you." He responded as he kissed her. "I’m a little tired."

She laughed softly, “Me too.”

"Should we fall asleep?"

"Probably." she laughed, cuddling against him.

Groaning, Logan quickly leapt forward, landing in front of her. “Just stop and let me talk, alright?”

"Why?" she asked suspiciously. "What could you possibly have to say that matters to me?"

"Because! I’m a mutant. Just like you. I heal myself. There’s a school for people like us. I’m here to take you there."

"I don't need school- I know everything I need to know already."

"Freak in red Spandex? Killing? Wait, are you taking about Deadpool?" That was the only freak in red Spandex he knew, well besides Spiderman, but that guy didn’t commit murder.

"Yeah, him." Dom sighed, "Look, whatever he did, isn’t my problem."

"How about I make it your problem?" the big guy questioned, pulling out a knife.

There was no real reaction on the pirate’s face, was this guy’s wish for his birthday a death wish? Or was he really that stupid. Whatever the reason was he decided to step in between them. “Wow that’s a really neat trinket you got there, did you win it out a cereal box?”

"This is between me an’ the bitch, so move it." he growled, pushing Max and slashing at Dom with the knife. "How about I send you to your buddy piece by piece?"

She watched him impassively, stepping only just out of reach of his knife, “How original…”

Just as fast as he was pushed, Max wrapped his arm around the large man’s neck. His grip tighter than a boa constrictor, getting tighter and tighter by the second. “Listen in about sixteen seconds you’re gonna be face down on the ground, drooling profusely. So, i’m just gonna leave you with this… don’t… ever… touch me, don’t come to this bar… and don’t insult women ever again, no matter how violent they are. Do I make myself clear?”

Dom watched passively as the man sputtered and sank to his knees. She didn't think she was that violent, but then, she didn't really have anyone to compare to. She looked at Max once the big guy was out cold. "You didn't have to do that, but thanks."
