Day 7
Yesterday I did my run and I was very happy, I used to do two laps around my neighborhood, this year I've been doing one, and I usually take a break between two street signs, yesterday for the first time in a while I did the entire loop without a break...stamina is building up again :)
Goals
-thigh gap -no love handles -small stomach -thin arms -toned thighs -jawline -thin fingers -small wrists -hipbones -collarbones -CONFIDENCE
Before.
Morning and night workouts
When I cheered I used to do the 5 1 minutes every morning and night before I went to sleep and when I woke up, at night I also did reps of squats. It was really easy to manage cause it's about 7 minutes of your day and because it's so consistent it gives results. I'm gonna start doing this again.
Day 4
Just finished my run/workout. I usually do a 20 minute loop around my neighborhood there are about 3 major hills and for abs I do 5 1 minute exercises, today I did plank, penguins, crunches, 15 sec holds, and mason twists.

Day 2
Sooo I fucked up. Like I said I'm not a morning person and I didn't wake up to run. But I packed a great lunch today and I'm not letting myself get any other snacks, so I have a yoplait lite yogurt, almonds and dried tangerines and a strong cheese stick before I waitress👍

Day 1
One of my biggest issues is that I work really hard and exhaust myself. I have an internship and a waitressing job as well, so I work full time. I get home and I don't want to move and I just pig out. Because I get home so late this happens late at night, and eating at night time is terrible for you so tonight I made the huge effort to not do some late snacking.
Okay, I also went running this afternoon at a local nature preserve with an old track friend. We ran 5k...well I walked maybe 2 and ran 3. But still it was very hilly and I'm getting back into the fitness game. I'm waitressing right after my internship tomorrow so I neeeeed to eat lunch and breakfast so I won;t be too hungry at my second job. I also need to run in the morning and I am NOT a morning person. Maybe it'll wake me up, who knows. What I do know is that I need to keep this up. Writing every day will help me keep on top of myself.
