I am not enjoying the vampire lestat... I mean some scenes yes, but basically only Akasha and some Armand scenes and Louis scenes...
I really hate that band
to specify...
I feel like the first two episodes were useless and could have easily been summarized in half of one episode,
the David and Armand scenes being "armand and david in a random park talking about stuff we are not seeing and we would love to see"
Gabriella is unsufferable, her accent is terrible, she is a caricature and makes every scene worse
Louis is barely there, why is he not always present in lestat's hallucinations but only rarely?
the band is useless, what is even the point
in some scenes david and gabrielle can't act and I think it is the direction's fault
Louis' plot is all over the place, why not cut the whole first part with Claudia's diary and directly goes with Louis missing lestat and finding the fake-Claudia? That could have been three episodes and by ep3 we would have had Louis and Lestat together again (more or less)
the pacing is so strange, why is Magnus a few seconds, and then we have Marius randomly hiring Lestat and Lestat deciding to stay for years with Akasha and Marius being like bye gonna go have a holiday
