04/01/2021 || Happy April! I made some ramen with dark miso, spinach, broccoli, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms—so tasty (wish I had corn though)! The weirdest thing happened last night where I was accidentally productive? I wanted to procrastinate while pretending to get some work done and then instead I actually got work done. Funny stuff. Today I’m following up on that work and reading some of the articles and book chapters that I found. Here’s to a productive month! 🥂
