This is sick...umm...so Jason Moss was obsessed with serial killers and wanted to unlock their secrets and just in general know why they did what they did and find out what their mindset was like. He would befriend notorious serial killers by pretending to support what they did or tell them what they wanted to hear.

Jason befriended Ramirez by telling him that he too was a satanist and was a fan of what he did while he was on his killing spree. As mentioned in a previous post, Ramirez would often tell Moss to sexually assault and torture women, Ramirez also would send Jason actual photos that his groupies sent him and told Moss that they could be potential victims for him to kill.
