Haven’t been adding my eats lately! Here was my simple lunch. Chicken, green beans and potatoes.

Fish, spinach, potatoes, egg. Oops. Sprinkled some cheese. Haha. Not a perfect day 😜
Lunch time! Seasoned chicken, sweet potato, and a boiled egg. Would have loved more greens but the only greens available today was my nemesis broccoli. Love most veggies, but I hate the most common one! 😜
New Recipe: Paleo Shepherd’s Pie with Cauliflower Crust. This is a super yummy autumn dish that I made for my hubby last weekend. It’s a low-carb version of a classic Shepherd’s Pie. It’s gluten and dairy free too. I used creamy cauliflower for the crust instead of white potatoes. Been super busy, but made some crockpot chicken broth. Super clean and tasty.
Simple and healthy breakfast. Whole 30 day…11! Oh wow 😊 I don’t crave sweets anymore except a little bit of fruit. I’m staying hydrated with fruit water or as I call it, spa water.
Thinking about burgers wrapped in lettuce tonight with homemade fries.. 😘
Ate super light today and was super hungry during dinner.
Half a spaghetti squash, no sugar added spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, spinach, and onions. Sprinkled nutritional yeast on top.
No lie, it was SUPER hard not to get pizza tonight. Going strong on this diet change… And I’ve already lost weight in the past 9 days and my skin is glowing from all the veggies. Obviously doing something right 😊.
Healthy simple lunch! Greens, veggies, a boiled egg, and balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
