Yeah, I'm thinking about them
Why do I see some people writing things like "oh finally Jung Hei In is a LM" "he was never the LM..." Etc etc...and im like Is "Something in the rain" and "Spring night" are not consider romantic dramas?? 😳😳
2024 behind the scenes special of FaOI, broadcast on July 13.
on the topic of villains redeemed or whatever... i also dislike that whenever a villain joins the good side they suddenly become weak as fuck. KEEP THEM VICIOUS. KEEP THEM SCARY. ALLOW THEM TO BE TERRIFYING AT TIMES SO THE HEROES CAN JUST EXCHANGE LOOKS OF "holy fucking shit i am so glad theyre on our side now"
Increase the threat level, do not decrease the token evil teammate.
This is what I wanted for Ben Solo, that the Kylo Ren in him stayed there
Javier was invited to notte stellata ice show. 🎉 He is the first person after Yuzuru listed.
Im glad this happened👏🏼 i want to see them together again and have fun as two old friends... i think it is very telling which people Yuzu invited and who he didnt...I wish with this fanyus would finally give Javi a break but im hoping too much🤣
What’s going on?!
Mmmh interesting...now they speak up for him, what about 4 years ago??😩
It is interesting to note how Nam-soon and Ryu Shi-oh's journeys are twisted parallels of each other; both of them were ripped away from their homeland at young ages but grew up under different circumstances which influenced not only their personalities but also the decisions they would go on to make.
It appears that Shi-oh's obsession with strength stems from the belief that it's only the strong that survive while the weak are doomed, which had been drilled into him by the mafia. Deep down, he craves strength to overcome his vulnerability, which he deems a weakness and keeps concealed with the sole objective of safeguarding himself. Such is his desperation that he is willing to make do with an illusion of strength, even if it kills him in the process.
It's ironic when one considers that, in the first episode, Nam-soon had remarked that she would like a man she could protect.
Because of her experiences, after arriving in Korea, Nam-soon learned the world is more jaded than she could realise. This allowed her to provide a more balanced yet honest answer to Shi-oh's question because even though she is committed to her assigned duty, she hasn't condemned him entirely in her mind........ yet.
I do not entertain any hopes for this relationship's future in the coming episodes but I'll stick to the stand that it was a wasted opportunity to not have her develop a romantic interest in him and explore their conflicted equation in-depth. It wouldn't have mattered if they didn't end up together and have a happily ever after.
On a related note, the chemistry between the two of them is immaculate.
Its so interesting this "ship" in the sense that they are similar but oposite at the same time, it would be much entretaining to see their relationship developing little by little than the actual couple.
I think kdramas have the power to explore a rendemtion arc much better than series from other countries, BUT sadly they wont dare to explore.
I just NEED everyone to agree with me that Rey's parents are nobody. We should all agree about that. We should collectively, as an audience, say, "clearly the best idea was to have Kylo Ren be a dynastic heir to the major legends of the Force who wants to throw off his family's shadow, while his rival is nobody from nowhere who wants to belong--so we're going to stick with that."
And then, what should have happened is, Rey can finish her story by being able to say, "My parents might have abandoned me, but that doesn't mean I'm worthless." And eventually Kylo Ren can say, "My family might have been powerful, but I don't have to be," and all those other things that they can bounce off of each other as great foils.
It can keep being a good story about accepting past failures and choosing to grow beyond them.
Let's just all collectively ignore Rey Skypatine because of how silly that was. I mean. If they can just ignore the setups in the previous movie, we can ignore their choices in the conclusion. Right?? Right? Tell me I'm right
I agree, actually SW and Disney seem to kind of forget that also lol

Yuzuru said "I always practice alone. You know, I always miss you" in Javier's documentary. Yuzuru talked about Javier hugged him and Javier taught him kindness. Some FaOI 2022 unpublished footage.
There is English subtitles in RTVE.

Javier talked about Yuzuru:
Yuzuru is a very talented athlete. Everyone who has competed with him knows that. I always thought Yuzuru was a fighter. He is almost like a samurai. He likes to fight and he likes to work hard. That's Yuzuru.
What I learned from Yuzuru is to practice hard, to always want to improve in order to win first place, and to repeat something 40 times instead of 3 times. He is good at that.
It was good to train with him, but frustrating at times. He was doing great, and I was like, "Oh, I can't do that today. But I'm glad he pushed me."
I get frustrated when I lose a match, but I don't get too depressed. Yuzuru takes it very seriously.
If we hadn't spent so many years and hours training together, I don't think either of us would have been able to achieve such great results.
