God’s Plan

Where you are today is not where you are meant to stay. No matter what you've been through or what you think you're capable of, God is working to help you and he is ready to take you higher. Proverbs 4:18 states,"The path of righteous gets brighter and brighter. You haven't see your best days yet!"

People will say what they want and try to put negative thoughts into your mind. Let's face it, not everyone will understand what God has in store for you. Family and friends at times will not be our biggest cheerleaders. This is the moment that you must decide to walk by faith and not by sight.

Human nature says, when I see then I'll believe it. God says, believe it and you will see it. Claim your journey and know He is guiding you each step of the way. People can't see what God sees in you. He knows your potential and He is the one that breathed life into you.

Just Not That Into You

Everything is going great. You've guarded your heart for a while, tested the waters with a few smirks and giggles and now you've fallen. Skipping to the sound of your heart beat as it sings a melody that you haven't heard in a LONG time. You think to yourself, I can relax and unwind. He's not like the others. I'm in this and he is too. You think he cares for you the way he says until he utters those few words that you would have never thought of. "I'm just not that into you," he states. How sway? There's nothing I've done wrong, nothing to move him in other ways. He just doesn't want to waste time. Too bad for him, my time has already been wasted. That along with the feelings I've had for him are nothing something I can really get back. So now what? Well, back to reality. Back to grinding and what you had planned before. Never cry over someone who doesn't shed a tear for you.
