•they are still at risk of being groomed!

•It’s wrong. literally it’s just wrong. you can’t call everyone a pedophile when they aren’t a pedophile.

•You are taking away from the word. it’s a word used to identify someone who is sexually attracted to children. if you take away it’s significance. you are pretty much normalizing Paedophilia. Definition: “sexual feelings towards children” -dictionary

•It can seriously ruin someone’s life. expecially a false allegation. be mature call them a cunt.

•Your potentially allowing ACTUAL pedophiles to make it into the community by calling people who ARENT pedophiles. Pedophiles.

Using it as an insult or false claim for every single thing is seriously so stupid. get some new material. pedophile should be used souly to identify someone who is sexually attracted to children.

My story as a minor in kink

I joined the BDSM community at an extremely young age. i was 13. i was also in my first BDSM relationship at this age. i was a minor in kink.

In this relationship i experienced so many bad things. i was groomed and manipulated to think abuse was normal. i though demanding sexual intercourse, controlling what i wore, ate, who i talked to were all normal things in a relationship.

At 14 i had my first suicide attempt. i landed in the hospital but was discharged the following day. it was a cry for help. he told me if i ever left him he’d ruin my life. he had nude photos of me he threatened to spread if i wasn’t his perfect obedient submissive.

He ruined me permanently. and set me up on a horrible path for all future relationships. at 14 i was in such a dark place i was addicted to hard drugs. i was 14, still a child.

Then came a light in my tunnel. my boyfriend, another preying on me. he groomed me. got me drunk and took advantage of me while i couldn’t move. after this i pretended everything was fine. i pretended i liked it. i didn’t speak out about it.

2 months down the road i’m throwing my guts up in the bathroom stall. i took a test and at all of 15 years old i was looking down at a positive pregnancy test.

then i had a HUGE meltdown, ran away for 17 days and disappeared. i came back and was admitted to the mental hospital. a month and a half later i miscarried while i was at school. i was in the school nurses office bleeding all over myself crying my eyes out in pain.

after that i gathered up the strength to leave him permanently. thankfully. from there my story has so many bumps and bruises.

another abusive relationship that i thought was love. he was physically abusive. and mentally. he would tell me he’d kill me if i ever told.

another attempt. and a restraining order. at 16 i landed in the mental hospital where i met this amazing woman named sharron.

Sharron was a kind woman who gave me a stuffed animal that smelled of chocolate and told me everything was going to be okay.

she was a psychologist. with a phd who recommended Age regression to me. she was smart and seen that my inner child wanted to live. wanted to be expressed.

i came to my very first account on here. later known as softmystickiddo. my story goes on but i don’t need to tell anything else besides why i’m telling you this.

when i made my very first account i promised myself id help other kids in need i was 17 now. and i was really REALLY trying to help.

I’m 22 almost 23 now. and all i want to do is help. so other kids don’t end up having a story like mine. I want to be someone else’s sharron. because she changed my life. a simple act and simple diagnosis. and here i am.

Why i don’t support minors in kink

•If you do openly help MIK. open up your dms for others to send you their @ and you can approach. instead of them going unnoticed and uneducated.

I’m not saying anyone should go out of their comfort zone or endanger their space.

I am saying: these are children. Biological children. who 99.9% of them don’t know the difference between DDLG/ ABDL/ CGL/ ETC and age regression. educating them can save them a lot of grief in the future.

Why rats are good emotional support animals!

Rats are essentially just mini dogs with little thumb nubs!!

here is a collection of reasons etc of why rats make good emotional support companions!

•they can laugh. no. really, they can squeak when tickled but besides that they make a sound that humans can’t hear thats them laughing!!

•they can be sound or name trained for recall, my boy usually responds to “pUDGyyyy” or “nununununu” if that makes any sense!

•they can play fetch/ bring comfort items to owners in distress, my boy is trained to bring me fidget toys such as tangles or fidget cubes, things he can carry!

•they all have different and unique personalities! this is nice because some ratties are good emotional support in the case they provide physical attention, or show affection by “grooming” this is when a rat licks or “kisses” you!! others are chaos potatoes that are good emotional support by making you laugh and being a destructive little tader!!

•they can play games- like hide and seek, soccer and catch!! my rattie loves hide and seek and also soccer, we use a teeny ball and play!!

•they can share your sad munchies with you!! rats are omnivores so they can eat most of everything!! as long as you keep and eye and only give them exotic foods in little quantities, also a visit to the big great wide web can confirm if your salty human snack is safe for the fragile stomach of a chaos potato

•they are freaking adorable. that’s a reason. soft fur. loving little creatures that thrive from your attention. what could be better!?

Why it’s not okay to accuse others of being K!nk

Starting off i’d like to say, this is not directed towards any one person, but this is directed to those who think bullying other regressors/littles is okay

Here’s why it’s unacceptable:

1. this is someone’s safe space. they may not have another place to flee and be comfortable to express themselves in/on.

2. It can poison their safe space, causing harassment, bullying and you could cause this person to severely hurt themselves.

3. We are all here to heal. exposing someone can hurt them and make it much harder for them to ever heal. why do you want to “expose” someone for some bullshit reason with stupid evidence that you pulled out of your ass? this is a coping mechanism for literal TRAUMA. why cause more trauma to someone who is actively trying to heal.

Here are some of the things i was sent, after i was accused of being a “groomer” and a “pedophile” for openly educating Minors in kink.

How to swallow medicine

If you are like me you can’t swallow medication at all and struggle to take your meds every day!

this will be a list of things you can do to make that easier!

•If you can crush them put them in yogurt or your favourite pudding!

•Pretend your a puppy and put them in a spoonful of peanut butter!!

•If you eat baby food, it also helps with the taste of the medicine!

These next ones are for if you can’t crush them, this includes most medicine for depression or anxiety.

remember chewing your extended release medication can be very harmful and hurt your tummy.

•put your medicine on the back of your tongue and take a drink and swallow fast!

•put it in cheese. trust me this one works!!

•put it in gummies, it makes it smooth so you can swallow easily

•eat it with shell pasta!!, put it in the noodle and down the hatch!

practice swallowing things, like kraft dinner, small pieces of cheese, veggies etc!!

collect beach glass at the beach!

make an outside blanket fort!

Go to a petting zoo or wildlife park!! this time of year is perfect, because the animals won’t be so hot!! you will see sooo many more!!

How to help yourself when you feel helpless

these may work for you and not for others. no hurt in trying.

Create a safe space. this can be anything you like. a blanket on the floor, a corner of your room a pile of your favourite stuffed animals. a big hoodie. a comfortable blanket. anything that makes you feel comfortable and safe. my favourite is my tiles with my stuffies. i spend lots of time on the floor!

Cook yourself a new recipe. personally i do this one because i love to go out of my comfort zone, when i’m feeling low i like to cook things i normally eat just with new spices or whatever i have in my cupboards! an example is spicy noodles, sometimes i’ll add some fried veggies or a fried egg, other times i will make a whole new meal!

Do something spontaneous. this can be anything safe! go for a run, i personally like to run until my muscles hurt when i’m really upset. it’s a form of productive self harm. your muscles will be sore but they will heal. it’s a way of channeling the bad brain into a physical pain.

Express yourself with colors. this one is fun. grab your nearest drawing or coloring utensil and some paper and scribble. i scribble and scratch until i feel better. this can be one drawing or 7 whatever helps.

Go outside and scream. the nabours won’t care. i don’t care. scream until you feel better.

Ice therapy. take ice and put it on areas of your skin that will hurt or sting a bit. take it off when it hurts (you don’t want frostbite) you can put this on your wrists, inside of your elbows, your tummy, anywhere you’d want to SH.

Take a marker and color on yourself. preferably a washable one. write things you hate about yourself or your body or the world. then SCRIBBLE IT OUT. best thing about this is you can wash it off.

•Bring your comfort snacks, and beverages!! snacks help everything!

•Don’t be afraid to tell the hospital staff that you are anxious or afraid! they are there to help not hurt!!

•Dress nice and cozy! being comfortable will help!!

What is age regression?

You’ve definitely heard the term “age regression” or “agere” from my account if you’ve been here for any amount of time!

But I still get questions of “what is age regression?” so that’s what i’m here to answer today!

so.. What is age regression?

Age regression is a coping mechanism for dealing with stress, anxiety, mental illness or any ANY kind of trauma! it consists of reverting back to a simpler (child like) mindset. for those who age regress, this is soothing and a healthy escape from said stress etc!!

some regress to specific ages.

Ex: 0-3, 3-6, while others, 6-12

Sometimes these ages are symbolic of a certain moment in a person’s life where they felt safe, or where a traumatic event occurred. Either way. the regressor is valid.

Now making an informative post about age regression, i should also cover what age regression IS NOT.

AGE REGRESSION IS NOT HARMFUL. it is a coping mechanism or skill to protect ones self.

•age regression does not always stem from trauma although it’s common, there are lots of variety of regressors. some with PTSD, BPD, Bipolar disorder and DID may also age regress. again not everyone who age regresses has childhood trauma.

•AGE REGRESSION IS NOT KINK!!! it is NOT sexual. it’s a coping skill and assuming it’s a fetish can be harmful to the regressors. (especially because some have experienced trauma that may have been sexual)

please note accusing other regressors of being in kink or being a pedophile is completely unacceptable and inappropriate. these are human beings trying to HEAL if you are someone who does this. i have zero respect for you and you are not welcome here

here’s why it’s unacceptable:

•your endangering someone’s safe space. this could be all they have to ESCAPE a bad situation. or an uncomfortable living space.

•your hurting them and making them feel more alone and afraid. as well as setting your followers to bully and harass them.

•your putting some stupid bullshit evidence all over this platform and HURTING already HURT people. they could be high risk. they could be one step away from ending their lives. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK.

•not to mention most regressors, are here to cope with trauma. and mental health issues. don’t ruin someone else’s safe place.

Treat others how you want to be treated. and think before you throw out accusations and BULLY people. we are all here to heal. let’s act like it!

Terms Used in the age regression community and what they mean!

Age regression

a term used to explain one whom reverts back to an age younger than their biological age. they act and feel as the age they regress to. this can be voluntary and involuntary. both are valid.

This can also be abbreviated by *Agere*

Pet regression

A term used to explain whom regresses to a pet space, this can be any animal, say a puppy, they’d act or feel as a puppy does. again completely valid!

This can also be abbreviated as *petre*

Non community regression

This is a term to address those littles who haven’t chosen a community or who have chosen to leave a community. these are VALID age regressors.

this can also be abbreviated by *noncom*

SFW

This is a term that means *safe for work* indicating you can interact without being exposed to things you don’t want to see in a younger headspace.

NSFW

This is a term that means *not safe for work* lots of kink accounts use these tags, it indicates that you do not want to interact if you are in a younger headspace.

MIK

This is used to address a minor, whom participates in kink or is part of the kink community. they don’t always know they are in a bad place so please be kind.

Little

the term used to address one who age regresses

this can also be used as a Kink term for someone who participates in age play so please be careful!

Little space

A headspace where you are age regressed!

This can also be used as a kink term for the headspace someone goes into while participating in age play!

Why the Age Regression community needs to lighten up on MIK

Most of these kids don’t know the difference, by limiting them to only kink they will stay in kink🌷

They are shaming them publicly and shaming them publicly doesn’t help either. then they definitely won’t want to explore age regression🦋

They are most likely scared kids, this doesn’t stand for all but definitely some!🌸

They feel like they don’t belong in kink so they explore age regression only to be shamed or blocked🌊

there are simple solutions to help others. for example:

•Stop shaming them

•Allow them to follow, approach them kindly, give them the option to go sfw if not remove them. that’s what i do

•Educate them! it’s as simple as a calm conversation not throwing accusations!

•Be kind to everyone!

Tips for being baby during your time of the month

•Drink lots of water🍼

•Wear disposable diapers🌷

•Drink cranberry cherry juice, cherry juice is a natural muscle relaxer 🧃

•Use a heated blanket/ heated stuffie🧸

•Watch comfort shows/play games📱

•Have warm bubble baths 🧼

•Eat lots of veggies! they help with cramps!🫑🥒🥦

•Don’t drink anything with caffeine, that makes cramps worse!☕️
