So today is week 4 of my 12 week work out program! I weighed myself today and found out that I gained a pound, but my fat percentage was down. They told me that I'm starting to gain muscle and since I've been drinking a lot more water I'm retaining it. So I'm not discouraged or giving up! I'm going to keep fighting!
