It’s funny how Damocles gets treated like the child and Chloe gets treated as the adult by everyone in the show, when it comes to superheroing. Damocles attempts at superheroing, no matter how insignificant, get treated especially by the Paris media as though he literally saved the world a dozen times while everyone knows his true identity. But when it comes to Chloe, everyone’s like, “Ugh! Move on, it’s over!”

He obviously didn't learn his lesson as we see him let Ray off the hook once Mr Pugnant threatens him. Chloe gets treated more harshly by the narrative than actual adults like Andre and Mr Damocles.

ok after watching the London special there was something Marinette said that reminded me of something Gabriel had said In Pretension and…

these scenes are parallels right…like, everything about them controlling what they want the world to think, Marinette being under the spell of the world Gabriel created V.S everyone else being under the spell of the world Marinette created with her lies……I don’t think this is just a coincidence…

Say what you want about Marinetti being chosen to be ladybug because she helped Fu at the crosswalk. I will forever believe that tiki just saw the creative potential in this girl and went MINE.

As bad as people like to say Miraculous' writing is, I do think they had some solid commentary happening in s5, and especially with the whole Queen Mayor thing. Sure, Chloe had potential with the redemption arc, but she makes a very compelling antagonist for that two-parter

I loooove that the second time Adrien was Mr Bug, he had a moment of 'I can't do this without Ladybug' and then threw that out the window and was a badass all the way through, with ideas and quiet confidence. Total change from in 'Reflektdoll'. He's come a long way.
