whenever people want to write alicia yuri they pair her with siluria out of a “pair the spares” mentality, which i have nothing against, but i think we’re really missing out on the potential of alicia/artanis v. two extremely powerful queens with immense senses of duty to their people. alicia’s got her demonic arm and artanis is literally a demon.

as the queen of a people only extremely recently opening up to human society artanis and alicia are no doubt having a ton of diplomatic meetings. maybe they grow closer over time and alicia confides in artanis about how even though she’s better now, there’s still sometimes moments of paranoia that aren’t due to a curse but who she is as a person. artanis uses her blood eyes to keep track of people for alicia and reassure her nobody’s plotting against her. maybe alicia offers a formal apology on behalf of the magentan humans to lila and artanis wonders why she can’t look away from her, why this human woman seems to shine so brightly. maybe alicia sees artanis dressed up for a formal event and wonders the same thing. maybe artanis knows they’re about to kiss before they do and then alicia knows she knows and artanis knows she knows she knows and they laugh together before finally kissing.

dumb comics + explorations (I've never been so obsessed at drawing characters "right" in my style, i mean liking how I draw them, distinct from each other to avoid same face syndrome and in a way I can keep consistent. I even made some bad 3d models of their heads to keep them consistent lol and I hate using 3d programs) I've never been more obssessed your honor
