Some marks and the carvings Rocky has. I'm still working on it but some of it is done. Not 100% accurate since I simply don't have the space for all of the marks but I'm getting somewhere hopefully close. This has to be done until the 11th of July and I'm embroidering and sewing this plush by hand so wish me luck :']

Thoughts again! This time about a guy I can't decide if I hate or like him. Talking about Tom Ryder, I hate that man so much it's getting funny and I had some thoughts about him. Headcanons? Maybe, I don't know what to call it (this is longer than my other headcanon stuff so read under the cut)
First of all, I don't think he hates Colt nor did he really want to frame him. We see him in the beginning talking about Colt and I think he just did that to keep him image. Plus, calling him "Mr. Potato head" isn't exactly a harsh insult compared to what Tom could say and Colt had no issue shooting back with his little compliment about Tom's beautiful jawline which Tom laughed off. I think they weren't on bad terms, at least not entirely. I think they respected each other. What exactly happened that led to Tom causing the "accident" that broke Colt's back? Who knows. Maybe jealously, it would fit Tom's character. It's possible that Tom was jealous of his stunt doubles because of their skill and them looking better than he does. Even if they respected each other, Tom is still an arrogant selfish asshole and he would do something like that out of jealousy.
Second, he plays a character even when the cameras are off. I think nobody really knows what the "real" Tom Ryder is like. Some know the charming, slightly arrogant Tom from the set. Some know the loud and boisterous Tom he is when he's drunk and on substances during his parties. His girlfriend might know a slightly more nervous, maybe a bit confused but not less arrogant Tom from when they are in his house together and he covers the place with sticky notes. I think the only person who gets to see more behind those masks is Gail which brings me to my next hc / observation
Tom would be completely lost without Gail. He is her golden boy, her perfect little star. She handles everything for him and I mean everything. He doesn't have to worry about anything because Gail is just one call away and he knows that. Let's take Henry as prime example. Correct me if I'm wrong but they have a video that shows how Tom pushed Henry and accidentally kills him. It was an accident, he didn't do it because he wanted him dead. Plus, he was under the influence of a lot of stuff. This could've been handled as an accident (like I said, correct me if I'm wrong. I don't know much about the technical legal stuff). Also, Tom has money and influence. He's the Tom Ryder. The worst that could've happened if they did some dirty work on the whole case would be a few bruises on his reputation and let's be honest, even that is unlikely with how he could just wriggle his way out with a wink and some cash. But he called Gail to handle it for him. On top of that, he called her sobbing and hysterical because he was lost. That man would NOT willingly be vulnerable, unless it's for the person who picks up behind him without any questions. Gail is the person he turned to, he trusts her enough to be vulnerable and enough that he knows she wouldn't get him to jail. She didn't even seem surprised by his crying which leads me to the conclusion that this isn't the first time he did that (the crying, not the accidentally killing his stunt double)
A thought I had about Tom's mental state is that he is pretty fucked up and not only because of the substances. He seems like a constantly stressed person, he forgets things fast so he writes them down and sticks them any place he finds in his house. Also, suppressed emotions (like him not showing vulnerability) can cause that your brain can't properly form and recall memories. Hence why the sticky notes everywhere. He has to be perfect because that's what people expect him to be. Personally, I can see that he started the whole substance abuse because of the stress. On his parties he can be loud and messy and people still love him. He doesn't have to be the perfect star the world wants to see. Also think that accident he caused with Colt might have messed him up a bit because suddenly his best stuntman is gone. He said it himself, Colt was the best stunt double he ever had (also shows to me that he respected Colt a lot). Now with that best double being gone, who will make him look good? Sure, there are others but they aren't the best of the best. That added to his stress even more and he could've tried to mask that with arrogance and aggression (not sure why I make him some misunderstood tragic guy now but we roll with it)
When he tortured Colt he was likely high on whatever he could find and following the plan Gail laid out for him. He followed her every word and command in that plan and only refused to listen when he was supposed to shoot Colt. He refused something she told him to do which I think was kinda like a realization that he can think for himself and has a free will in this. He didn't want to shoot a person he respected when he could help it, even after everything he did. I think if he did survive at the end then he would try really hard to get his life under control, at least as much as he could in jail. He would definitely speak up against Gail in court to lessen his sentence, especially since this was mainly Gail's plan and she did everything for Tom. Tom himself just followed orders like a lost puppy with no thoughts behind those blue eyes
That were my thoughts so far, I'm interested in what you guys think and if you agree or disagree in some points
I once again had thoughts so I want to write down two scenarios on how Colt and Ryland grew apart. We know Colt was canonically raised by a single mother so that made me think that there are two ways to view the coltland twins and how they stopped talking
Scenario one
Their parents divorced when the twins were still very young, their mother took Colt and father took Ryland. Colt then took their mom's last name Seavers and Ryland took their dad's last name Grace. Despite being divorced, their parents still made sure the twins got to see each other and build a relationship. They didn't want the boys to live without knowing the other so they made it possible. Ry and Colt grew up in separate households but saw each other every weekend as kids with parents supervision and later when they were more independent they visited each other alone which lasted until they were adults. They got to develop a really strong bond and supported each other. How/When they had their fall out in my opinion could be after:
1. Ryland got fired after the Denmark incident. He was bitter, didn't think he was treated fairly and let his anger out on Colt before walking out. Ry later regrets it but thinks he doesn't deserve to be forgiven so he just stays away and eventually hears the news about Colt's accident and then gets send to space
Or 2. They had their fallout because of Colt. After he broke his back he shut everyone out, including Ryland. Ry didn't know anything about his brother's wellbeing. He never stopped worrying but he gave up on trying to contact him since Colt never answered. I still think Ryland would leave little voicemails, talking about his day and the kids at school but Colt just doesn't listen to them

These are pictures of a scene that got cut out/where they changed the shirt. He's wearing a Scorpions shirt, a shirt that clashes with the otherwise nerdy wardrobe he owns
I think this is Colt's shirt. Colt gave it to Ryland to borrow it to him (maybe on a rainy day he wanted to visit Colt and got soaked to the bone while getting to him) and Ry wanted to give it back later. But Colt had his accident and shut everyone out so Ryland never got the chance to return the shirt because he couldn't find or contact Colt. So he just kept it, sometimes wearing it and hoping that Colt is save and okay and alive.
Later on, Ry gets sent to space and Stratt and Carl packed his stuff for the Hail Mary. They just pack all of the clothes he had with him, Colt's shirt included. When Ryland wakes up he doesn't remember anything (obliviously) so he also forgot he has a twin. He just thinks the shirt is his even if it's very different from his science pun shirts. Later when he remembers Colt he has a breakdown because not only did he realize that he will never see his twin again, but he also remembers that he doesn't even know if Colt is alive after the last thing he heard of him was from the news that Colt broke his back. So the shirt becomes a sacred item to Ry, a memorial to the life and family he will never see again (he didn't correct Stratt when she said he has no immediate family because 1. Why would she believe him that he is the twin of a famous stuntman, and 2. Colt and Ry haven't talked in months. He didn't know if he was dead or alive so it might as well could've been true that he doesn't have family anymore if Colt died)
