End of week one
So the end of the first week brought weight loss of 3 pounds A good healthy amount. I think it really important to remember that the most important thing is to remain healthy. Sometimes when we want to lose weight we want it so fast we think we'll take it any cost. Believe, been there a million times. But quick purges, quick cleanses, fad diets, they don't work and aren't good for you. Think radiant health, deep beauty, gorgeous skin, tone body. They all come from health. Slow and steady weight loss helps us keep it off for the long haul too. Creating a healthy lifestyle that you can thrive on for years.
Bad start for me was a wrist injury on day one which totally set back my new workout schedule. SO, this week was all morning cardio. But I hit it everyday but one. So I think I did alright.
Working on your own path? Please share with me too
Keep on going...and when you doubt yourself, feed off of some of this motivation, some will being tears others cheers!!
