CALLING OMORI PLUSH EXPERTS!!!!

So I bought a resell of the basil plush off of eBay, but I can't quite tell and have concerns that it could possibly be a bootleg. The biggest differences I notice is the flower crown resting slightly higher up than usual and the tag being a different size and having a printing error (I compare it to one of my other basil tags below) is this signs of a bootleg or are these just errors present in the original plush manufacturing? Please let me know if anyone knows anything about this!
