very very rough ideas but i think itd just be fun.

hawks backstory stays mainly canon (childhood, hpsc, etc) but then he's enrolled into ua as an upperclassmen. (havent sorted out Why exactly he'd be enrolled but maybe someone suggested giving this poor kid a social life) (or more on the field training) (idk idk maybe ill figure it out one day)

ofc he's enrolled under a false surname (so people cant connect him back to the takami thief) and bc of his hpsc background he passes exams easily and instead of studying or doing extensive training like everyone else - he enthusiastically attempts to befriend (unrelentlingly harrasses) the son of his childhood idol who is Tearing his hair out at who where why and how this random is here.

which honestly makes it worse because touya's worked so hard to get to where he is - even with everyone telling him his whole life he'd never be able to be a hero - this fucking Guy is now passing him without a hint of effort and seemingly rubbing it in his face too by Never Leaving Him Alone

maybe eventually he goes digging and we can have a "keigo takami" "how does he know my name" scene

also dont know whether or not to give tenko back his float quirk i think itd be funny if i did and then hit them with the rooftop trio laser (either he can be a nomu or he'll just become canon shigaraki) (idkkkkk) (or i can just leave him alone and let him fly)
