HEY BUG AND LYDIA!

Alright… well, I won’t give up any names. I think… that with the stuff going on here though that it’s worth trying to do something. We won the Games, we were supposed to have already dealt with the worst of it and here we are dealing with this bullshit again. Except this time we don’t get to kill the enemy. So I say we give them a run for their money.

See, someone gave me the idea of playing up to what they’re afraid of. Mockingjays sing tunes. There aren’t any of them around here, but the person behind this idea says that if we can get a system up that sings things that mockingjays would sing we could drive the Peacekeepers a bit mad. We could give them something to actually worry about. And… er… thanks for not taking it to them. I figured most of us are on the same team.

...It's manageable. I could probably code the system in my sleep, really. But listen, if I'm going to do this, you have to leave Bug out of it. He knows absolutely nothing, do you understand?

Listen, I know you don’t owe me any favors… but I was wondering if you might want to help me out. Someone, who I’ve been asked not to name, gave me an idea on how we might get back at the Peacekeepers and after the Clyde business and what happened to Apple and myself I’m feeling like a bit of revenge. ‘Course, the trouble is that I need someone techy to help me out and I was hoping you might have enough of a problem with the way they’ve been treating us lately to help out. No one needs to know it was you, if we get caught I take the blame I swear. You want in?

There are serious flaws in this plan already, namely that the Capitol would not be naive enough to believe you could do this without any technical assistance, immediately incriminating myself and others who possess talents similar to my own....But I suppose I could consider it. I certainly have plenty of room on my workbench after their last visit. Explain and then I'll make my final decision. If I elect not to be involved, I won't be alerting any Peacekeepers to the plot.
