Some pros of binging for when you feel like absolute shit
1. Most likely you won’t gain any or much weight, it takes around 3000 calories to gain any weight so one time of going over you limit won’t do anything
2. Jumpstart your metabolism you know that bitch is rusty and could use a little push
3. Get the urge out of your system for a little bit
4. It’ll keep your parents/friends/coworkers/ etc. Off you’re ass because everyone thinks people with EDs are perfect at restricting
5. You’ll probably shit for the first time in like a week 💀

Can't wait until I'm skinny enough for my eating disorder to be taken seriously.
I don’t hate my body, I just hate my fat. My body is a homie, it puts up with a lot of bullshit and mistreatment from me and for the most part keeps its cool. Plus I know it’s stunningly beautiful under it all. But I have to get rid of the disgusting blubber that’s drowning it. I hate my fat.

Day 4 and my total weight loss so far is -3 kg (-6.6 lbs). I did eat more than I was supposed to yesterday, but I still lost weight so I should not focus on it too much...
Bc of my binge I’ll be starting this tomorrow :) tbh I feel replenished but don’t wanna swerve off track. Halloween is coming :)
Low cal banana pancake
1 small ripe banana; 74kcal
1 egg/ you only need the eggwhites; 17kcal
2 tbsp flour/ I use all purpose flour; 50kcal
1 tsp baking pouder; 0kcal
total: 141kcal for ~4 pancakes.
Literally no motivation to work out :(
80 kcal stir fry
ingredients:
4 oz shirataki noodles (20 kcal)
4 oz shiitake mushrooms (40 kcal)
1.5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (15 kcal)
1 tsp minced garlic (5 kcal)
put a small pot of water on the stove to boil, then put the mushrooms in a different pan and cook them down. once the water boils, add the noodles and boil for three minutes to get rid of the weird taste. then, drain the noodles and add to the mushrooms. let it cook down a little to get rid of the excess water and then add the soy sauce and garlic. mix well and enjoy! honestly this was super filling, i ended up eating half then saving the rest for later.
