Top five shifting tips that helped me

Let's start with the fact that shifting became a kind of panacea for me, the only hope to ease my pain. But it didn't work for a long time, and it hurt me deeply I had to go through a difficult path to normalize my psyche and I was able to realize that shifting is easy.

Here are five tips that helped me:

001. Limitless

The awareness of one's own limitlessness helped me understand that all my problems in my shifting journey were artificially created by me. I allowed myself to fail and be driven into a corner.But in reality, everything was in my hands, I just had to see it.

It's the same with you. You are limitless.

002. Enjoy

For a long time, I perceived shifting as something that was a chore and was overly stressed about how I could do it. I was running away from the current reality without realizing that I needed to enjoy the process.Even though shifting is not a process, but a binary event with no gap between, it should still be enjoyable, not frustrating or stressful.

003. Individuality

Shifting is a personal and unique experience. Yes, everyone has their own path and how you do it. You should not repeat after others, because this is their personal experience, which contains their personal feelings and goals. You can take something from others, but do not repeat their experience, because what suited them may not suit you.For example, they love affirmations, but you hate affirming to the point of losing your pulse. Don't do it just because someone shift with affirmations.

004. Motivation

I sincerely advise you to do something that motivates you. Read other people's stories, not to copy their experience, but to make sure it's all real. Listen to music related to your dr, watch edits with s/o. Well, rest if you feel that you are tired and don’t want to shift today. Rest is also important.

005. Don't romanticize

There is no point in romanticizing the desired reality.There is absolutely real life there, with its ups and downs, and you will feel sometimes pain, sometimes joy, sometimes fear, and sometimes relief.You'll get angry, quarrel, and make up with people who are important to you. Because it's not a perfect fairy tale, it's not a utopia, it's life. Everything is absolutely the same as here.

I sincerely hope these tips are helpful. The main takeaway from this post is: don't stress, have fun, and do everything you can to feel happy and comfortable. Shifting is a journey, not a torment.

You didn’t just stumble upon shifting by accident. Shifting found you. Out of billions of people in this reality, the universe tapped you on the shoulder and opened a door. It showed you the infinite multiverse because you are meant to experience it.

I know the journey can feel exhausting. I know there are nights when your DR feels too quiet and your CR feels too loud. But please don't give up. You were given this awareness for a reason. Your Desired Reality already exists, your comfort characters are waiting, and every “failed” attempt is just one step closer to waking up exactly where you belong.

Why Manifestation Is Actually Instant

We spend so much time anxiously wondering why what we want isn't showing up yet. But the truth is that manifestation is instantaneous by nature. The moment a desire takes shape in your mind,in the 4D, it is already done. It is already complete. In that realm, there is no such thing as time or waiting because everything you imagine is already real and existing in its perfect state.

The delay we feel in the physical world is not some technical requirement for things to happen. It is just a reflection of our own assumption that time is a real thing. Every time we think that a desire needs to travel to us or that we have to go through a waiting process, we are just confirming to ourselves that we do not have it yet. And the 3D world has no will of its own. It is just a mirror. If you assume you have to wait, it will give you exactly that, a delay that you have turned into a law.

It is not that creation is slow. It is that we keep projecting the idea that it has to be slow. The real hurdle is this need to constantly check the 3D to see if it has arrived yet. That habit alone betrays your trust because it implies you still see your desire as something far away.

When you stop treating the 3D like a scoreboard, you take down the wall you have built yourself. Living from the assumption that it is already yours means acting, thinking, and feeling as if it is already here, which makes searching for proof completely unnecessary. It is never about when it is going to arrive. It is about how willing you are to stay anchored in the assumption that it is already here. Once you stop focusing on the lack and start living in the fulfillment, the search ends and you just step into it.

Before I went to sleep last night I read a post about how counting numbers as a method is probably the easiest thing to get into the void/ your dr because right when you lose track of what number your on and you’re aware you’re getting confused THATS the best moment to shift. You’re right on that edge of being awake but already on the verge of falling asleep and your brain isn’t resisting.

I tried this last night and tell me why I had the most vivid lucid dream and I think for a moment I actually shifted because everything was literally in HD and I could control what I was doing. But I was wayyyy too tired last night to actually follow through with the shift so I just went to sleep.

Pls try it because it’s the most low effort but high reward method you could do (in my humble opinion)

︵ types of relationships : you can have as a reality shifter

✧ soulmates: you're destined to meet & love each other in every reality. no matter the world, you always find each other. even if they have a different appearance, different personality and a different role, they are the same person at core.

✧ guide: the other person (can be a lover, a friend, a "spirit guide", a pet, an extention of your own being...) helps you in your shifting journey, helps you navigate different realities, gives you information, protects you, and/or reminds you who/what you are. they may help you with choosing realities/scripting, giving you knowledge about how the multiverse works or help you make choices. they can accompany you in your realities or live in a place akin to a waiting room, and you can visit them whenever you want.

✧ dr selves: ever wondered how would it be like to communicate with a different version of yourself? shift to a reality where you are your cr self/any other dr self and try communicating with your dr self! you can also be your dr self and shift to a reality with your cr self as "another person".

✧ shifting friends: people you shift with together. they can share similar/same level of experience with you, so you can learn/explore new things together. you can live/stay in a "waiting room" with them, planning realities you will visit together. they can be people you know from your already existing desired realities (maybe you told them about shifting and that's how you ended up together :0).

✧ personified subcon: personify your subconscious mind/higher self/universe/any part of yourself that you believe has "higher knowledge" in a "waiting room"like reality and talk to them; ask them anything you want! you don't even have to personify them, just establish a clear, verbal communication with them.
