“There’s something magical about physical touch. I love it. Not kissing or sex. Sitting across from each other with your legs draped on me while I rub your feet. Walking beside each other and our hands brushing against one another. Your arms wrapping around my waist while I cook dinner. I love it. I love our conversations without words.”

I’ve said this before and I’ll point it out again -
Menstruation is caused by change in hormonal levels to stop the creation of a uterine lining and encourage the body to flush the lining out. The body does this by lowering estrogen levels and raising testosterone.
Or, to put it more plainly “That time of the month” is when female hormones most closely resemble male hormones. So if (cis) women aren’t suited to office at “That time of the month” then (cis) men are NEVER suited to office.
If you are a dude and don’t dig the ladies around you at their time of the month, just think! That is you all of the time.
And, on a final note, post-menopausal (cis) women are the most hormonally stable of all human demographics. They have fewer hormonal fluctuations of anyone, meaning older women like Hilary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren would theoretically be among the least likely candidates to make an irrational decision due to hormonal fluctuations, and if we were basing our leadership decisions on hormone levels, then only women over fifty should ever be allowed to hold office.
Reblogging hard for that last comment.
I WANTED TO SAY THIS BUT THEN SOMEONE ELSE DID and I’m damn proud.

“Briefly the trees hold the light in their arms.”
― Jenny George, “Winter Variations,” Dream of Reason
A Forest Service worker photographed a fire burning inside a tree. He said there is no filter on the photo, rather, the fire is so hot this is its actual color.
Nah. Fairies.
Yup, fairies
That’s the entrance into the realm of the fae. 🧚🏼♀️🧚♂️
THEORIES OF MOTIVATION!
-William Chapman
“When I was a child, I’d look up at the night sky, Staring at the stars with wonder And longing. When I look at you, I feel as if I’m star gazing; I long for your stars. I long for you to show me your constellations, Your hidden galaxies, So that I may show you my abandoned Planets And intense supernovas.”

Kisses like this 💋
This melts me 💋
One of my favorite fantasies is casual teasing. Watching a movie with my hand down your panties, completely ignoring you as you become a wet whimpering mess. I’d pretend not to hear you panting or feel you squirming against me. What a wreck, getting hot an bothered while I sit composed and unaffected. And then just as randomly as I started, I’d leave you bereft and wanting.
