I don't deal with endings very well... I want them to fight for me.. if they don't? Was I not enough ? Did they ever love me ? Did they really care? What did I do so wrong? I must be so ugly and my body is horrible.. Why the f##k can't I just accept and let go!
I have so much anger burning inside... It makes me feel like a scared and lost child.I'm no longer a child ! those days are well gone.. I'm learning you must fight that fire all on your own!! Not because I am not loved but no one can see the flames that need to be put out like I can .. I'm allowing too many flames flicker only causing me everlasting pain... I'm gonna drown out these fckers with every drop of my very own rain ....
I try be happy be upbeat always thanking my lucky stars for all the good I have in my life .. I appreciate and tell the universe how greatful I am every day and every chance I get. But fck me being positive is tiring when you feel like a ball being bounced kicked and thrown around by so many people.. I want to be placed down gently and let me roll at my own pace and go my own direction... I wasn't born to be thrown around

It's simple to put myself down and blame myself for everything that goes wrong.... it almost physically pains me to look at myself, just a quick glimpse of my reflection makes my skin crawl with anger and disgust! I shudder at a compliment... Where the f**k did I learn to be so hard on myself? What or who made me so hard on myself....? How do I undo a lifetime habit that comes as natural as breathing!?..... I want to try
