I don’t talk about my depression anymore. I stopped talking about it along time ago. I don’t tell anyone when im sad, when i feel like anything really. So in return people assume that im not sad anymore, so when i do try to open up about it and tell someone im not doing good they respond with “you aren’t sad or depressed you’re just being dramatic” so then i go back to just not even trying to talk about it. And im just saying, things get pretty lonely that way.
