Rambly ramble !!

It's nice to not have to perform. I hope I have lots of friendships one day that make me feel like I don't have to perform in front of them.

Also I feel like nowadays people stay in touch thru text and stuff and I've realised I actually hate texting (when it's somebody ik irl) also I'm pretty bad at it. So I think I'll try to communicate thru voice notes and facetiming and calls more, becuade those feel more authentic to me. I know some people can be uncomfortable with them, but like idk I guess I just won't talk to them as often lol.

Ramble abt weight loss and general frustration

Hoping to achieve the same level of internal safety I felt last year... 11th really fucked me up and I can't lose weight unless I ykow... have a a consistent sleep schedule and exercise and control my diet.. I wish I didn't have to becuase this fucking sucks but whatv. Trying to lose weight in a household full of people who all also need to lose weight is fucking hell on earth becuase tell me why all the advice they're giving me is completely antithetical to the way you ACTUALLY lose it. They don't let me sleep, or eat what I need to eat, or when I need to eat, or go to the gym if its inconvenient for them. I'm fucking sick of them and their excuses. Solve ur own fuckass life and then come to be with ur bogus Facebook reels advice. Focus on ur own health. I'm the only person who's ever achieved a healthy weight in this family and I lost it AGAIN. I'm so sick of this. I hate school I hate gym culture I hate desi culture I hate Internet culture i hate teenage girl culture. I just wanna be alone again so I can have some peace of mind. I don't wanna be around anyone.
