Jack’s left hand reached for your shoulder, trying to pull you up to his height. Just seeing you down there, between his knees, made the heat travel down his chest and settle deep into his loins.
You decided to ignore it; it wouldn't be the first time Jack got flustered by this kind of contact. It wasn't that he was a prude, or that the idea of sex bothered him—the problem was you.

He tried to stop you again when your hands moved up from his thighs, tugging at the drawstring of his sweatpants, knowing exactly what you were trying to do. You didn't let him, obviously. When he tried to grab your hands, you caught his instead, pinning them between his thighs and the sofa so he couldn't touch.
“They stay right there,” you warned, smiling when he rolled his eyes.
