Mac and Dennis Tear Their ACLs could be about a lot of things. but I'm choosing to believe that it starts out with them both showing up to the pub in knee braces, refusing to explain how they both got the same injury at the same time or providing a vague non answer, and then the rest of the gang try to figure out what happened. finally it's revealed that they were banging. or better yet, they think they've come to the shocking conclusion that they were banging but they were actually doing something even more romantic. and far more incriminating and embarrassing. like taking a couples pilates class. or they were on a date at the aquarium and Dennis fell into the penguin enclosure so Mac jumped in after him. Idfk.

and I know I'm crazy, but I get to be crazy and happy for the next few months. so looking forward to that!

I love the tension between Jay thinking he's too good for Matt while also being simultaneously so transparently desperate for Matt's approval. Like sure, of course he thinks Matt is embarrassing sometimes. He's loud, he's chaotic, he can't help himself, he'll say and do anything, he's clinically insane. But at the end of the day, all Matt has to do is give him even the smallest hint of praise and he basically turns to putty for Matt's hands to shape into whatever Matt wants him to be that day. You really can practically see his mind sort of sinking and shutting down in real time whenever Matt says anything nice to him. It would probably be embarrassing to him if his brain didn't immediately turn to mush every time it happens bc he's not even lucid enough to care by that point. insane.
