30 days without added sugar, day 3
So, it’s 12th of November, the 3rd day without sugar. We haven’t completely figured out all the tasty things we can eat, but I already tried some good recipes. I found a recipe for a sugar-free tomato sauce and it turned out pretty amazing for our pasta with minced chicken. :) John felt very irritated and had a headache, but, surprisingly enough I felt pretty ok, better than usual, even. We both noticed that things are naturally more sweet, especially milk.
I think I noticed my energy rising up a bit, I even did a lot of productive stuff today. Maybe sugar really was slowing me down.
I really wanna try new sugar-free recipes ^_^
