TOMMY SHEPHERD INTRODUCTION Finally fully introducing the man who follows me to most realities I conjure up. He is my dream man. And I yearn for people to know him as I do.

THOMAS SHEPHERD originated from marvel comics. His first appearance being in the 2005 Young Avengers comic. The older twin brother to Billy Kaplan, and the cosmic son of Wanda Maximoff. His powers take after his biological mother’s own twin brother, that being super speed. He’s also able to manipulate molecules, accelerating them to cause explosions ( one of the reasons he found himself in juvenile detention in his formative years ), or destabilize molecules to allow himself to walk through solid matter. Despite being near identical twins with his brother, Billy, their hair and eye colors differ. Tommy having striking white hair that matches his uncle’s, as well as green eyes that match his mother’s. Originally, he was born from his mother’s reality warping powers, but when their souls were taken back, they dispersed. Tommy’s landing in a boy born to a broken home in New Jersey. And Billy landing in a boy born to a loving family in New York City. Tommy is canonically and openly bisexual. Having had interest in women, and his only ever canon relationship being with a man. His comic appearances are sparse, never having his own comic run and being underutilized in marvel comics.

THOMAS DEAN SHEPHERD, in most of my realities, is born to a romani mom and a white dad ( in my young avengers reality he’s born to an android dad so 😭 ). But in all of my realities, Tommy is born with naturally tanner skin, not often seen in his comic appearances, and his eyes are a beautiful green. Despite his canon looks within the comics, in nearly all of my realities, Tommy does not sport his bright white hair. Instead it is a natural blonde. One that usually naturally darkens to a light brown as he ages. Face claims have been an issue for me ever since I stated shifting for Tommy back in 2022. There has never been a face claim that I could like, choose, or decide that’s exactly what he’d look like in all realities. Not to mention, it is also hard to find a tan, and mind you, half romani, light haired man to fill his shoes. Resemblance wise, my favorite face claims to use for edits or posts are aaronctrl ( my #1, pictured above ), elyyy._m ( though, he is no longer blonde. still hot though sooo ), edenwalshh ( mind you these last three are not real blondes ), and jaronbaker ( but only at times, I’m pickkyyy ).

CONSTANTS ABOUT TOMMY IN EVERY REALITY :

His MIDDLE NAME IS DEAN in every reality. In the comics, Tommy has no middle name. I gave him this one randomly when I first started going more in depth with my Tommy realities. Now it’s just his. ( Billy’s is Oliver btw )

He HAS ADHD, which is like . . . obvious. Every speedster has ADHD. But he also HAS AUTISM. Because I said so, and you can’t tell me no. No, it just made sense to me, so I scripted it.

He was BORN APRIL 11TH. Again, the comics have no specific birthdate for him and Billy, so I gave them one based off vibes. The year fluctuates depending on the reality and our ages ( because we’re almost always the same age ). But HE IS AN ARIES. Because he’s SUCH an aries. And I know I’m right because I look for his sign in those zodiac posts everytime I see them, and it hits the nail on the head every damn time.

Along with his autism, Tommy’s SPECIAL INTEREST IS ALWAYS ART. In every single reality he is so incredibly passionate about all kinds of art, and HE IS AN ARTIST. He loves any and every art form. Not just any art medium. But he loves music, film/theatre, dance, writing, culinary, fashion, and he argues video games as well. Not to mention all the different mediums of visual art. If he is or was in college HIS MAJOR IS RELATED TO THE ARTS on the broadest scale.

If he’s in sports in college or high school he will always BE IN TRACK & FIELD. I feel like that’s an obvious sport to assign to him. But specifically HE RUNS SPRINTS, not distance. Because distance is about pace, and Tommy could not give two shits about pacing himself to that degree.

YOUNG AVENGERS REALITY — mlm . . . love at first sight,, kinda. i distract him on the ‘‘battle field’’ ( NYC streets ), and then anonymously save him. i’m tracked down by the avengers corporation and he’s tasked with keeping an eye on me. we befriend each other. then we date. celebrity x nobody type relationship. w/ parasocial fan drama. 5’9” ( 1.76m ), 20 y/o.

COLLEGE REALITY — mlm . . . one sided enemies to lovers. i have the ‘‘biggest’’ grudge on him, but he’s practically in love with me. he’s a frat boy, runs track, and an art major. super egotistical and confident until things get serious between us, then he’s anxious and insecure. 5’10” ( 1.78m ), 19 y/o.

BAND REALITY — mlm . . . best friends since middle school. flirty bassist x drummer dynamic between us even before we get together. but he says it’s ‘‘just a persona’’. slooow burn. he’s been in love with me since the start of high school, i fell for him before our senior year. attending columbia university. he’s a visual arts major, and a music minor. 5’10” ( 1.79m ), 21 y/o.

BROTHER’S BEST FRIEND REALITY — mlw ( soz ) . . . older brother’s best friend trope, along with childhood friends. our parents were friends since before we were born and we grew up together. one year older than me. ‘‘overprotective’’ and jealousy galore. i join him and my brother at college, and he doesn’t approve of my “new” lifestyle. 6’0” ( 1.83m ), 19 y/o.

jason peter todd is widely recognized for being the red hood in the batman comics — ironically he is not the red hood in any of my realities. instead he spends his days following me around and his nights using me as a pillow.

he was born august sixteenth with varying years around the multiverse ( hint : it's always the same as mine ). his home is gotham city, new jersey and even when he's not from there he magically carries on that thick gothamite accent. now for his stats like maxpreps : 6'5 & 241 lbs.

his face closely resembles tom welling as clark kent in smallville. but i unfortunately will never be revealing his actual face, sorry but that boy is mine.

forty-four. every way he bends the same number remains; 44. every sport he plays ( basketball, hockey, football, racing, etc. ), he will do with the number embroidered on his back. it just so happens to be his favorite number while mine is simply four. he's extra.

💤‎‎    he's a light sleeper. this may not seem that significant, BUT!!!! this is why the book is called 'bed chem' ( besides the funny connotations + the sabrina carpenter song! ) leo literally cannot sleep well unless i'm near, which idk ab y'all, i think is cute as fuck. it leads to A LOT of naps on my couch and eventual spooning who said that... it's basically the whole book plot but idgaf i feel like i have to mention it!!!

&. luvletters event — day one : a usual day in my irl streamer reality. ' usual ' is technically a misnomer because this being my day-to-day life is wild. this is my contribution to the second faze subathon.

side note ⋮ i have scripted many changes to the faze clan. it's not full of people who only view shock value and ableist comments as comedic value.

recovering from the night before & a baking segment

jason and i had gotten invited to some birthday party the night before i was supposed to collab with silky. we both got a little too silly and got way too many photos taken of us laughing all over each other. this led to the guys saying ' giggles with the five ' — pretending that someone was gifting five subs on twitch just to remind everyone of the picture of jason and i.

as i've said before jason is my camera man so we live together and literally do everything together. i got to the new faze house around two in the afternoon because i needed at least four hours of quiet before getting overstimulated by the guys.

i asked silky multiple times what he wanted to bake but he kept getting distracted by something else. so i just decided to ask jason what sweet treat he wanted today. he told me hot chocolate cookies.

most of the actual baking consisted of me making fun of silky in ways he didn't really understand. his chat had to tell him because he ( & most of the guys ) are simple stupid. and of course he defaulted to vaguely talking about how close jason and i are when he realized.

the day ended around eleven at night ( i simply do not know how i was there that long ). i pushed ron into the pool because he kept stealing the cookies i had made like a heathen.

the amount of clips that came from this one day is kinda ridiculous. each of the guys got at least three from me and used my name in all caps as clickbait. aka ' LAYLA pushes ron into the pool! ' or ' lacy and LAYLA argue about the best chicken place '.

ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 30TH Tommy Shepherd cornered me in his room and confronted me on why I still hated him. He went in with every intention to get me to admit that I don’t actually hate him anymore, because he can see through my bullshit, and sees my resentment for what it is, masked attraction. By the end of it, not only did I admit I didn’t hate him. He got me to admit that I wanted him. And Tommy and I slept together for the first time. I was quick to leave. There was a party happening downstairs that he took me from, and there were friends there I didn’t want to suspect anything.

The next day, on Sunday, Tommy and I spent the day with those same friends. There was a tension filled aura in the air that only him and I could feel. We’d make eye contact with each other frequently as we hung out amongst our friends. That contact between us was heavy. Not with a hunger or desire. We were satiated enough from the night before. And Tommy was intent on remaining respectful and being on his best behavior after, so not to scare me away. But what our eyes did communicate was an acknowledgment of what had happened between us and how our dynamic had since shifted. And we stared, not to ogle or admire, but just to look, almost as if we needed proof that the other didn’t and wouldn’t disappear.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 2ND is when things shifted into place. I had just gotten out of a lecture at around 8pm. I was walking out of the lecture hall when I got a text from Tommy. He had worked up the courage to send it all day, but he knew I had a busy afternoon. So he took a chance at a time, and he managed to catch me right as my day ended and I was about to start walking back to my dorm.

When Tommy first sent the text, and I noticed it, I didn’t stop walking towards the exit. When his next question sent, I stopped in the middle of the building, found a place off to the side and just stood there. I questioned his intentions in my response, already being fully aware of what they likely were. And when his final messages to me went through, my suspicions confirmed, I stood there staring at my phone for a while, going over the options in my head. It was only a minute of me deciding if I wanted to walk to Tommy’s frat’s brownstone and sleep with him, or my dorm, which was a much farther distance. The minute was agonizing for Tommy, but when I agreed to come over, he felt a mix of relief and a new sort of nerves that didn’t leave until I arrived, not hesitating to get things started.

‎                              mackie’s guide   /  creating your own significant other!

i got an ask on my original account ( now a rb acc ) @mackiescott ab how to “create” your own s/o and figured i could make this a whole post versus just a teeny ask!!! please note: you do not *need* to do any of this list if you do not want to. you don’t have to write it down either. this is literally just how i do certain things + it just makes my own life easier when i script by doing smth like this.

( DISCLAIMER: this is actually pretty much how i make an oc because leo’s default purpose was creating an *actually ideal* hockey romance bf because most of them icked me out SO BADLY LMFAOOOOO )

౨ৎ  first:   figure out the base information you need.

‎‎    name ( leo’s name originally came from leo howard, an actor who baby mack was obsessed with during his kickin’ it days )

‎    age ( are they near your age or controversially older? you’re able to change this later on, of course, but it’ll allow you to get an idea of where you might meet / possible dynamics, etc. )

‎    appearance ( big one!!! you can find a fc, maybe you started out w one and came up w the rest after, or i also make sims so you can use the sims to make your s/o’s appearance as well! also feel free to change anything. make them taller or shorter, give them extra moles or tattoos, etc. )

‎    what they do for a career! ( it can be smth they like, or maybe not lol )

౨ৎ  second:   determine their personality!

‎    basic personality traits ( what do you like in a s/o? are they smart or sporty? i typically use general traits that could be applied to anyone of any age groups ( like the sims’ lol ) and figure out the foundation of ur s/o

‎    take some tests! ( once you have the basic traits, use your intuition to take personality tests for them, like the enneagram, myers-briggs & even the hp house test ( take the full pottermore test, that’ll be more thorough! ) )

‎    find ‘variants’ of them ( what characters read similar to them, like how you most likely have come up with your own variants! ex: leo’s variants include han solo from star wars, steve harrington from stranger things, and ben wyatt from parks and recreation! )

  what are their interests? ( music taste, favorite sports, what do they collect? etc.)

  what are their quirks? ( what position do they sleep in? what food do they hate? what happened to them as a child that made them hate something really niche? little things that make them less one-note. of course these are all things that you’ll learn once you shift, so you could leave this blank + just document it later if you want. )

౨ৎ  third:   establish a backstory!

    who are their family? ( this was super easy bc leo is the brother of my best-friend, but feel free to elaborate as deeply or not as you want. truly up to you. )

    why are they in the setting of your dr? ( if this is a college dr, do they attend the college, work at the college, etc. and so-on and so-forth! this is usually the only thing i have to change when i script leo into new drs! it makes it super easy lol )

this truly is as customizable as you want it to be! this is, again, basically my process for making an oc so it’s pretty thorough but truly any of these you can choose to ignore lol
