Hello, people of Galar, of Rotumblr, of the world!

You may know this little blog here as Macro Cosmos' first step into establishing a social media presence. You may also remember that step as having been far less effective than we'd hoped. See, I'm not so snobbish and prideful as to never admit when we've made a mistake! The project was promptly shut down, and resources were relocated to more... profitable avenues of use. Never fear, the charming young woman assigned to manage the project and offer you regular posts was reassigned long ago. She experienced only minimal disturbances to her work environment.

Oh-ho, but I'm getting ahead of myself. I do so love to chatter. The ever-so-essential key to this story is that we never fully deleted our little experiment, and that is just the reason you are reading this now! I have utilized the login information to this once-abandoned webpage to reconnect with the people of the world! I'm sorry to say that I've deleted all of the previous posts, and I deeply apologize to anyone who enjoyed them up until now. But, sacrifices do have to be made on occasion.

I'm sure you lovely people are wondering just where I am at the moment. Well, after the champion tournament that saw Leon lose his title, I was... stripped of my own title, as it were, and sent to prison to atone for my mistakes. My internet usage is being closely monitored as we speak, in fact! I'm often set to doing menial, common labor as community service. I am not bothered, of course. Giving back to the communities of Galar has always been my top priority! The fact that my services now take a slightly different form is of no consequence to me.

I hear Leon is taking on my duties as League Chairman as of late? How interesting... I'm sure he's doing a wonderful job.

hi. call me snap. not my real name, obviously. we practice basic internet safety here. i go by it/its. think of me like a stone that sank to the bottom of a pond after someone failed to skip it across. or the mud at the bottom of a swamp, warmed by the processes of decay. or whatever you want, if it helps you get my pronouns right. i don't really care.

i lived in the galar region for most of my life. that's where i caught my partner pokemon: jaws the stunfisk. jaws the galarian stunfisk, if you want to get specific. in the present day, i've been dragged to lumiose city by my family. something about a fresh start, job opportunity, whatever. don't they realize everything that's fresh rots eventually?

i'm less than thrilled about the move, in case you couldn't tell. my sister, on the other hand, is ecstatic. i don't care about her internet safety, so i'm going to tell you her real name is aisha, she's 16 years old, her favorite color is purple, and she broke her left ankle a while back so you can definitely catch up to her if she tries to run. do with that information what you will.

she's doing this thing called the "z-a royale", which as far as i'm concerned, isn't any better than what galar has going on. she's still at rank y and is going to stay there forever because her pokemon won't evolve for the next million years. she's got a binacle and a noibat. both kalos pokemon she caught back in galar. i guess this move really was meant for her.

i'm here mostly to get into internet arguments and spill all my thoughts for the world to see. send me an ask if you want. don't if you don't.

Hey everybody! I just thought I'd let you know that I'm going to be taking another extended break. I think I've got some major burnout when it comes to writing. I've been trying to deny it and push through for a while, but it's becoming abundantly clear that my brain frog and frustration is not going to go away on its own. I'm going to spend time working on myself and other projects until I feel refreshed. Thanks for understanding. I really appreciate you guys and your support! All of you are so awesome. Ah, that's a shame. Yes, such a shame... Personally, I believe that we're not completely different, you and I. There's certainly some common ground between us. For example, I've always found Minior to be quite the charming pokemon. Not to mention, we both have a passion for steel types. Just what is it like having an Archaludon for a partner? I've always been curious.

Those are some basic ass things to be like 'were the same :3 lol' about. Anyone can like any pokemon, end that does mean you're similar in the slightest. You could even have similar views of the world and still you'd be completely different people.

You can't drag people down to your level, there's no sympathy towards you. And your basic level manipulation by trying to change the topic at the end there already says a lot about you.

Oh, dear! I didn't mean to imply that we are the same. I do believe that we're quite different people in myriad ways. He's an accomplished young adult with champion titles and pokemon trained to peak performance. When compared to an old man like me, with no titles or pokemon or freedom to speak of, why, the difference is night and day. I simply meant to find some common ground between us. Most people like to talk about their pokemon, I've found. I don't see why striking up friendly conversation is "manipulative"!
